Lego city - blocks of squares and rectangles - a concrete monstrosity that doesn't inspire creative thinking. You can have all the petro-dollars but without good architects and contractors - you'll produce such HUGE ugly ugly buildings. That Daystar building has got a lot of thinking gone into it - green spaces - and free air ventilation - make learning fun. You can imagine learning in that huge rectangle box without trees and no electricity.

The SW people should hold their thiefing governors responsible for the underdevelopment of the region.
Dude, you are in no position to accuse any SW government of 'underdevelopment of the region' because none of your your SE state governors have come close to achieving anything close to what Osun government has been able to in terms of human development and infrastructure. All your leaders do is lament and complain 24/7 about marginalization and neglect while other regions are getting busy developing.

Are you for real. Osun's IGR is more than federal allocation? Please stop the open lies.
I think something must be wrong with you because I already attached the image of the data from NBS (if in doubt you can go to http://www.nigerianstat.gov.ng/ and download the full igr report for all the states) that shows just that in a previous post. If you are not too dumb to comprehend it, here it is again. Maybe you will get it this time around. Look at the bottom, 'NET FAAC Allocation' shows what the state received from the FG for the year, while Total State Generated Revenue is the state IGR for the same year. But I know you will still form deaf and dumb but at least others can see how stoopid you are.

What is the crap here? Stop talking ng proverb if u have facts.
Did you not see the igr data of Osun for 2017 that was attached with the post you quoted? If you are not blind and still have your reasoning faculty intact, you would have seen that your comment about Aregbe was dumb because Osun igr for the same year is more than Sokoto's, also the state's igr increased compared to last year, and on top of that, it brought in more internally generated revenue than the amount it received as federal allocation -- a development that can't be said for Sokoto.

Did Awo put a gun to Ojukwu's head and forced him to go to war?? Y'all need to grow up lest all that hate you habour consume you. Showing selective pics of rural roads in Osun isn't gonna cut it. Awka isn't even seeing half of the level of infrastructural development that Osun is so you can keep deceiving yourself, ok? If that's the best you can show of Awka, then it's nothing compared to the ones below from Oshogbo. It's unfortunate that it is Osun state that is giving you folks nightmares over there. So sad indeed.

Fulanis are now intermarrying their way into the elites of Yoruba land just like they did with Hausas and have been doing in Ilorin.

Very soon it will now be Fulani-Yoruba as one ethnic group of the South-west. grin

Now imagine if this Ajimobi's son becomes the governor of Oyo state tomorrow and fulani herdsmen started attacking Oyo state. Do you think he will be hard on the fulani herdsmen? Hell NO! He will never want to hurt his wife's people. ... Infact it will start from now. Watch how Gov Ajimobi will start pampering fulani herdsmen in Oyo state. Fulani herdsmen are now 1st inlaws of Oyo state grin

Exactly what is happening in Nasarawa, no matter how fulanis kill Nasarawa indigenes, Al-Makura is never disturbed. His wife and first lady of the state is a fulani woman and he will never want to hurt his wife's people.

Fulanis are very smart people. Marry into the elite class of a place and gain very strong influence there.
You are talking rubbish. The governor is just about to complete his second term in office and recently went hard on the herdsmen in Oyo, even going as far as citing his son's impending marriage to a Fulani as not enough justification to allow herdsmen criminality in the state. Besides, Oyo people have a long history of not taking crap from Fulani criminals posing as herdsmen.
