Hello Chartered - I would like to know how the chevron finance analyst aptitude test went. Please your assistance is needed as some one that has done the test before. Thank you in advance |
There is no other useful information than what was stated in your invitation letter - it is the normal GMAT. Verbal and numerical reasoning. Verbal would have the normal true, false and cannot say and the numerical would comprise of numerous charts - bar, pie and other graphical interpretation |
Which position did you apply? After the aptitude test, you go in for professional test. Need to know the position you applied |
CORRUPT MAN!!!!!! What did he do when he had the opportunity. These archaic so called leaders disgusts me. When they had opportunity to change things, they wont do it. But immediately they leave office, they start offering unnecessary advice to remain relevant |

Hi, Please how did you guys applied to KPMG? Online or did you submit a hardcopy CV? |
Chartered Accountants!! |
Congrats - try and see if you could defer the PTDF offer and consolidate your position with FIRS. In most cases, PTDF do defer admission for scholars if they present genuine case. |
BOrdeux - you are already there - your name is one of the cities in france and Total is a french company. I did interview with them back in Nigeria in 2005. What course did you study so that I know the area you have to concentrate? But on the mean time try and understand the applicable software in Total - SAP. This is because they would try to ask questions on application of SAP to your area. Let me know your area of specialisation |
Hi Ajanlekoko, this careersinafrica, do they realy recruit at the summit? Wil those companies they listed as their clients be at the summit? I want to know because most careers fair in Uk seems to be more presentation and companyies telling people what they are into. Please educate me more on the careersinafrica and how authentic that the recruitment would take place during the summit |
Distance does not matter - UK is not like Nigeria. You could move from Newcastle to Aberdeen within an hour in a safe and reliable transport network if you have any job interview or internship in Aberdeen. Most people come from different universities in UK to Aberdeen for oil and gas jobs. Staying in Aberdeen does not guarantee you job. Off shore engineering is the in thing now - Statoilhydro, Petrobras and Conocophillips are are major players in need of offshore engineers. Why not try Cranfield University? Well, in whatever school you are, try and make distinction or at worst a CGPA of not less than 4.00 in your MSC to stand great chance. |
Very common with old, illiterate Nigerians - I hate tribal marks. You hardly see well polished people with that disgusting marks |
Amodu is just like any other spectator that has come to watch match - he sits like a statue all along |
eni SpA - the best of places to work. I love you so much Eni SpA. Chartered Accountant with Eni SpA |
Some graduates are worse than touts. Some cant even prepare a descent CV. |
Eni S.p.A |
You people should stop responding to this idiot called 'becomrich'. He hardly post any meaninful thing except to whip up tribal and religious sentiments.Nobody was responding to him and he kept on posting rubbish. It is better Nairlanders ignore him so that he continues to wallow in his own narrow mindedness. |
We are all falling over ourselves in sending relief material to Haiti while millions of our people are wallowing in a situation worse than that of Haiti. I sympathise with the Haiti People but not Fashola donating a whopping one millon dollars (about 150million naira). This is a country where school children still learns on the floor under open roof. Some widows and their children are all over the place begging for food but our leaders look elsewhere. Politician are always interested where the attention is to get publicity. UK is donating £6million and Nigeria govt and fashola are donating $2million. Do you know the development gaps between Nigeria and Uk? Other African countries have not even said anything, but Nigeria, the giant of Africa where the citizen cannot even boast of a meal a day. Some people in Nigeria are living under the worse situation than the Haitians, but our government care less because the attention was not there. Lets learn how to do the first thing first. I am not saying that giving aid to Haiti is bad, but we should excercise caution and probably cordinate whatever relieve we have into single one than each person pledging millions when his fellow country men are dying of hunger and severe malnutrition. |
Nigerians should prevail on their government to put in the necessary infrastructure. Every business would like to be where the cost of production is cheaper; there is security of lives and property; no multiple taxation that would end up in the bank account of corrupt politicians and civil servants. Ghana is becoming a haven for businesses not because of market, but because of business friendliness and responsible goverment. Even Nigeria businesses are moving to Ghana. Before you know it, Globacom would equally relocates its headquarters to Accra and cite security and cost of business as being the reason. We should be attacking the government and not the business people that are interested in protecting their investment. Has occured to you that MTN does not have permanent head office in Nigeria? They are just floating, making a lot of money and repatriating them to SA. They dont have confidence in Nigeria yet, in case anything happens, they would just take off and probably sell off their mast base and generators. Thats all |
