Gen 2:7 comes after Gen 1:27,
But does that mean that God created 2 seperate men in the garden?

Is the second one not simply buttressing what was referenced earlier?

Verse 14 says
14 Then God commanded, “Let lights appear in the sky to separate day from night and to show the time when days, years, and religious festivals
The sun and moon were just created. In fact the bible claims the moon has light but science shows it only reflects light of the sun... Just the first chapter of the bible and there are already two errors

Science tells us that the sun is the major source of natural light but in the bible, God created light on the first day before creating the sun, moon and stars on the fourth day... So, where did the light come from if the sun was not yet created
