3. Of course, it is right to sentence him... But even in courts, the severity of sentencing is determined but the number of times the accused has committed the murder... Therefore a first time offender is not given the same punishment as a twentieth time offender... But if he didn't commit a grievous offence, let's say traffic offense like over- speeding, then his punishment should be mild not equal to that of a murderer
