3. Photocopy of LGA of origin.
4. 1passport photograph.
5. Guarantor's form(duly signed by a Magistrate, Notary Public or Commissioner of Oaths).
6. Photocopy of Guarantor's NIN slip or driver's license.
7. 1passport photograph of Guarantor.
8. Photocopy of the data page of Guarantor's International Passport.
