Biko they should leave my Meagan Good alone abeg. Ah ah!!!! Ever since she married her pastor husband, Devon Franklin, she's not had peace from social media users . I remember one incident where people were blasting her that she's an actress but married to a "holy" pastor and she wasn't displaying holiness in her acting whatsoever. Make una free the girl abeg!!!!!!!!!! By the way, if she was that dirty and wayward, she wouldn't have had a no sex relationship with her present husband before marriage. Iranu people! |

Hathor5: You are welcome.
By the way, my couscous absorbs the water very quickly so be careful not to burn it. It may only take 2-5 minutes depending on the couscous you have. I would also lower the heat once you add the couscous.
Let us see your pictures. Nice one. When I try it, I'd definitely post pictures. Thanks once again |

incogni2o: I relate with you Sis, when I also go to primary school those days, there was a Monkey pet we also play with then by the street....sweet memories.
But you know, scientists say evolution began from Fishes right? and we dont feel pity for chicken and Fish and Cow we use in cooking our delicious meals.
I watch those creatures in documentaries, or the fishes in an aquarium? Those creatures look so adorable and beautiful.
My Point.
The Bible is simple, God gave us dominion over all of these creatures, Only Humans are made in God's Image, any other creature might be close.
No one should be harrased for killing any animal. Except for sensible reasons like those who may be going into extinction or are owned.
I'll check the movie out , Thanks for the recommendation. You're welcome |

incogni2o: Thanks for the comment.
Thats what some sensible thing that someone who oppose the kiiling should have said.
I also thought they should have used it as a Pet,
But you know , you might not even give them money for meat if they choose not to kill the monkey. Lol, I fell in love with monkeys in my childhood after watching "Monkey Trouble". You should check it out, very funny movie. And also I knew of someone who kept one as a pet, he adored that monkey ehn . Monkeys are good pets and they're smart too. Back to what you're saying, it's not like I or someone would give the Op money to not kill the animal but there are just some actions that are not justifiable at all. Okay, let's not even use monkey as an example. Take for instance, this Op killed a donkey or horse , animals that aren't even wild , that's what this Op guy did. I just felt pity, much much pity. |

Hathor5: Hello there,
I wasn't sure if my seeing your mention hadn't come too late. Let me give you the recipe:
First of all, you will need to read the package instructions on the sort of couscous you have because they differ. Some need more and others less water and depending on the amount you use of course. I don't know how many people you cook for.
Step 1: Prepare the vegetables. You can use whatever you like but in my last picture I used bell peppers, carrots and onions. I also used garlic. You can add some habanero peppers too if your food must be hot. Chop the vegetables and garlic into small pieces. I used a garlic press though.
Step 2: Heat up a tablespoon of oil. Add the onion and the garlic and a tablespoon of tomato paste (optional). Fry for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the vegetables and some salt and fry for another 2 minutes. Add the water that is needed for the couscous. Now add the spices that you like. I used salt, pepper, thyme, oregano and a knorr cubes.
Let the vegetables cook for about 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
Step 3: Add the couscous and let it cook till the couscous absorbs the water.
Ready! :-)
If you want a non-vegetarian version. First fry some meat (chicken breast) and turkey do not need to be pre-cooked, take it out and put it on a plate aside. In the same pot, follow steps 1-3 (you don't need to add new oil but you can if you want to). When the couscous is almost ready, add the meat again to warm it up. For the recipe with the meat, I used broccoli though. Thank you so much |

cococandy: Hi sorry for the late response. I make mine like jollof with fish on the side. Add a little bit of water at a time to make sure it doesn’t get soggy. That’s the only way I like it. Fish is perfect for it.
And thanks for the compliment Ma'am please I've never made or tasted couscous in my life before. My grandma eats it and she said she boils it and eats it just like that with stew but is getting tired of the taste, hence she asked I get tasty recipes for her. So please just take me along with basic steps on how to go about it. Thanks AGAIN You're welcome Ma. |
