Yes, you're correct. It is healthier to eat fruits compared to drinking it, I'm very keen on eating fruits and don't miss it in my diet. For dinner sometimes, I could just eat fruits and boiled groundnuts altogether or only fruits and be good.

More vitamins is preserved that way, especially water soluble vitamins like vitamin c. However, Potato is not a much healthy food, especially for someone on the diabetic spectrum. Plus tuber crops contain toxins.

I hope you're better now. I've left religion a long time ago. My family are very religious, my parents, siblings and even extended. I didn't allow my parents' church dictate whatever they wanted for me, funny enough, the Pastor recently called for reconciliation talks after how many years. LOL.🤣 My Mum even gisted me yesterday that the Pastor's wife said she sends her regards to me.

If you allow a religious ruler to dictate what is right or wrong to you, then there's a problem.

It's for this same reason, I cannot marry an overly religious man, not even a pastor.

Has to be Mountain of Fire Ministries. That's the only conservative church in southern Nigeria bar DLM. If you were Igbo, I would have mentioned the Lord's Chosen. I've thought about Baptist, but I'm not so certain.
