I've noticed that whenever I eat after 9pm upwards I usually feel very tired and sleepy most times I even sleep on the meal.

Just last night I prepared food and couldn't it until almost 10pm because I was busy. I was still eating the food when I started feeling dizzy and dozzed off. I woke up around past 1am this morning to find the food in front of me. I finish it sha.

I want to know if this is normal or it's a medical condition cos I'm already starting to get worried. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

And I hate when a Nigerian cos you find yourself abroad now uses " that country". His or kits and kin are in Nigeria while he or she communicates and visits " that country "as he or she likes.
Imagine an Indian saying that country cos he has an American passport. Shior.
That is the highest level of low self esteem by Nigerians abroad. They are the ones that change their accents immediately they enter plane for the first time.
You see dome abroad with names like yours snd speak your language, they will tell you" sorry, I don't know what you are talking about". Record have it the person is not up to 3 months abroad.

We didn’t move to America and all of a sudden decide to abandon all traditional values in place of “wokeness” like they love to insinuate.

After you’ve had a few conversations with them, you’ll quickly come to realization that if they had their way, the country you moved to will rapidly adopt the negative aspects of the country you moved away from because of the kind of policies they support.

There’s something to be said for adopting the best aspects of each system but they don’t want to hear that.

As an aside - There is a limit to how far bottom power can get you, especially if you are in a role that has some technicality. I have seen this happen as well. You suddenly find yourself without the foundation required to have an understanding of what is going on and overly dependent on subordinates who may not have enough knowledge. Recipe for disaster. You will make a boo boo that no one can cover up.

Federal Universities in Nigeria churn out massively ignorant and unenlightened graduates that simply crammed and regurgitated textbooks or cheated their way through. Most of them in the highly desirable courses only got admitted by offering sex or money as bribes or they had nepotistic or political connections. It's not just talk, there's video evidence AND more importantly, everyone knows it from experience and observation.

That Nigeria is the Poverty Capital of the World is no surprise given the quality of Federal University education in that country.
