Does anyone have the projection for Epe as an investment destination?

Let’s say, is there a government plan for that area in terms of development into a city just as it was with Surulere, Lekki, Victoria Island etal?

Been hearing of some developmental news from PPP sponsored narratives, but wouldn't mind reading from "ordinary people" like me on what they think or know about Epe as location.

Epe is going to be massive in near future.

There are government investments in the axis.

Land in developed areas like Poka is around 3-4m/ plot

I bought a land from a real estate firm around April. They told me the survey plan would be ready in 3 months(july). It is October now and I am yet to get the survey plan. Does getting a survey plan take this long? What should I do pls? I have the deed.

Call them and ask them for the reason. Since your details are sketchy, you might not get feedbacks.E.g. What state? What local govt? Name of company?
