Here is my story.

I met this girl while teaching in a secondary school. She came to write Waec in the school. That was how we met and started seeing each other. She was so in love with me, that she had to chase away the lady I was dating then because of her frequent presence in my house. She virtually spent nights in my place.

Two months after the relationship, she got pregnant as at that time I got a job with a bank for six month. We resolved to keep the pregnancy.

After three months, the bank terminated the job. I came back home. Remember during this period, my family never liked her.

But due to the pregnancy, my Dad had to accept her and went to meet the father. Only for the father to say the daughter isn't someone to marry. But if we insist. No problem.

During the period of her pregnancy, there are challenges and suffering. There was a night she almost died in my house because she was feeling bad that I am leaving her to my place of work (the bank job). We rushed her to the hospital and resuscitated her.

To cut the long story short. I got a federal job as a lecturer. Brought her and child over to my place against the decision of my family, because my conscience couldn't let me abandon her.

One year of her staying, she started acting and committing all sort of things like stealing and nagging. She went home two times on trivial issues.

The last one was surprising to me as we were fine. She was working in one private school because I promise to get her what to do.
The day I gave her my phone, our problem started. She started acting and saying that she wants to leave. That she is not happy.
I now told her to keep my son for me and she didn't object because I had no intention of taking him along.

She will answering calls from guys. She will ran out if her fone is ringing.

I now concluded to give her money to go after series of begging her to stay because of the child. I called her parents and brothers. But she was adamant. She left and never went home but went straight to another place.

She is there sleeping with men and all.
But I have cut her off from myself and the child.

Hope my decision is not wrong?

if you want to enjoy a BMW you have to keep up with the maintenance and get a good BMW mechanic. Theres no short cut around that. if you are the kind of person who doesnt pay attention to their car abeg just buy the camry.
BTW my current car is a 2007 BMW 335i with the dreaded n54 engine, immediately i bought it i did all the preventative maintenance and changed out all the common failure items with brand new parts. its has been problem free ever since.

I don't know how long you've owned the 335i but for a BMW i find the bolded hard to believe.

Truth is that the harsh economic realities have subconsciously pushed people to survival mode. Now for 90% of car buyers the deciding factor is maintenance cost and reliability. Gone are the days of buying a car because of its looks, or performance or even brand prestige. The last 2 reasons are arguable thou.

Deep inside someone yearns for a particular car that is within his budget but finally ends up choosing another car that has better reliability and easy maintenance. Yet whenever he drives by his first and original choice he wishes he had bought it instead.

The fact of the matter is no vehicle is an investment unless it makes you money, no matter how reliable it is you must periodically spend on them especially in this part of our world where almost all the imported cars are out of warranty and parts are starting to fall apart. Its just a matter of which you spend more on.

Buy which ever you desire afterall its people that own them. You'll have no shortage of owners of both cars that'll swear to you that it is the best car they have ever bought.

Having said this. Now based on your focus(durable and standing taste of time) it has been proven that bmw's breakdown more often than toyotas and as they age they get worse and its not as if they are cheap to fix anyway. So only buy the bmw If you are very passionate about the bimmer such that caring for it comes naturally and you are blessed to have the financial capacity to do so without stress. Only then can i promise you that you'll enjoy the car.

But to answer your question the toyota is no doubt more durable and will withstand the test of time.

Someone said a GS 350 engine cost 1.3million to replace. Is this true?

Reliabilty: GS hands down. Its a no brainer.
Fuel economy: C300 has slightly better fuel economy. Infact you can say they are the same.
Affordability of spare parts: GS tends to be more expensive.
Luxury: GS is better. C300 is good but GS is better.
Maintenance: GS hands down. It is easier to maintain
Price: GS is always more expensive but not by much.

Personally i'll go for the lexus without thinking twice. Powerful car that handles very well. Very Reliable unlike the benz one week one trouble.

There is no significant difference usage wise between the two. They both give same thing. Unless the engines are different (v6 and v4).

You don't have to be afraid of the police, as long as you have all documents. If you don't want to give them money the worst they can do is delay you and that is if you maintain a pleasant personality. For customs once they see that your importation papers are in order they don't give much wahala.

Its a no brainer. The cars that are used over there are in a better shape than those used here.
Good roads. Cooler clime (at least in majority of cases). Better knowledge and maintenance culture. Every thing used on the car is genuine from petrol to carrug.

Jumia After 2 Months Ban on my Jumia One Account Unblocked my account Yesterday Evening and took all the hard-earned N22k I earned through their Jumia One Referral Program.

I've been on this case with them since Late February 2020, i saved the money i earned through referral because i needed to purchase a product, they banned my account that month with no reason, i couldn't login, so i contacted them via email and they said i should send National ID or any means of identification, i sent National ID, Birth Certificate and also my School ID, they said they will give me feedback.

Every week i kept contacting them about the feedback via their Jumia One Phone Number - +234(127)72366 and they kept telling me to be patient that i will get feedback, one i called during that time, i asked the customer care if they will touch my money, she said no.

I had to contact them on Jumia Facebook after the number wasn't working again because they said corona virus made their service offline. After disturbing Jumia on Facebook, they finally unblocked my jumia one account only for me to find out they scammed me and took all my 22k i suffered for.

Please if you work with jumia tell them to give me back my money, i will not let my money go like that by these scammers!

Dont listen to the people telling you to forget about your money. 22k is small but what they did is not right and you shouldn't let them get away with it.

Fight for your money, write to cpc. Meanwhile Keep bugging jumia. Let them tell you your crime.

In the 2nd video, the guy mentions that they have been in isolation for 15days since they entered the country. China has a policy where every foreigner entering the country will be tested and isolated for 14days in a designated hotel. The board and feeding bill is on the foreigner. Why complain about that when it's a policy that applies to everyone, Europeans, Africans, Americans inclusive?

The 3rd video the guy is recording & goading the police officer, making threats of 'we will kill the chinese'. What exactly happened to warrant that? They might have broken a law & were being reprimanded by the police. I understand that the Chinese are clamping down on a lot of activities to curb the spread of the virus. It seemed like they desperately wanted the police to misbehave on camera in order to paint a narrative.

In all of these videos none of the nigerians are practising any social distancing & some are not wearing facemasks, even though it's law. When in Rome act like Romans and adhere to their laws. Making a collection of videos for sympathy just because things are not business as usual is looking like blackmail. I'm sure a lot of Chinese people & their businesses are also affected by the new laws.
