Bukati2: There aren’t a lot of rules to follow at a wedding, except one: You can’t outshine the bride. This woman though appears to have missed the memo after she turned up to a friend’s wedding wearing a Sedductive dress. Don't know her plan though. Birds of same feather flock together. It is highly likely that is the type of person the bride is too and if the reverse were the case the bride might have worn something similar to this her friends wedding too. |

I refuse to act like the empty heads that spend all their time on nairaland foolishly excahanging banters. Silence is the best answer to a fool. I realise more the wisdom in this saying. Vega100: There is a girl that I met about 4 years ago, we rhyme and honestly speaking she's the kind of girl I want to marry please. She has everything that ticks all the right boxes fro me. The only concern is the way I met her.
It actually happened that we met when I and a friend of mine had a 3som with her., that was how we met. No doubt in the younger phase of her life (as with most girls) she made some friends who had some bad influence on her, however she has since grown pass that, and she's got every right morals a girl should (I have very high standards and believe me, she ticks those boxes)..
My only concern was just how we met, in fact, my main concern is just that my friend that knows about that, that's what's holding me back.
I need candid advice please, what should I do please.
Thanks for your advice as they come. Stay blessed. Forget all that red pill shit. If you love her and she is loyal marry her bro. Nobody is a saint. That perfect woman you are looking for can be worse. Its better you settle with someone that is your friend understands you and do crazy things with you your bond will be strong, heck you can even do another 3some with her friend or something when you guys are married, my point is your marriage will be exciting. Having said that some guys prefer settling with the quiet extemely loyal church type you can command. Your choice bro. |

Magnoliaa: I can't believe the guys' comments on this thread lol
They are questioning the girl, but the guy is suddenly a 'saint.' What makes him fit to be a good husband material that can be put in the home?
Mtcheeeew. Stop comparing a woman and a man. They are not the same. Their bodies are not the same. Their thinking is not the same. Their life is not the same and no matter how hard women try they can never be equals with men. You can't turn nature on its head. Heck not even all men are equals. This is not shaming. This is fact. If you are still young use your head and heed this advice. Or you can continue listening to the older females past their prime and full of regrets and automatically turned feminist and end up like them. Your choice. |

jeiz333: My advice; i. Leave the super markets open ii. deploy the police to ensure less than 30 people are shopping at a time iii. items they can buy should be limited iv. Close all CHURCHES and MOSQUE - they should use online services v. Telecommunication companies should reduce cost of data and remove the data caps vi. The govt should ensure that they have enough food in the essential stores to give free food and water to those who can not afford it
vii. STAY IN DOORS FOR THE NEXT 4 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS SERIOUS!!!!!
SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL HELP REDUCE THE SPREAD!!!!!!!
It is not a drill, this is reality.

omlueh: It is the point right away, if the government had increase the price, and many entrepreneur/ business owners who uses fuel to run their business so as to make profits not making losses also, will the marketers ever considered that they have old stock still available so that the different business owners can adjust before they buy new stock and effect the new increment or they will instantly increases there pump price irrespective if the end users suffer the lost, please let us put on our sense of reasoning abeg. Have you ever heard of an increase in petrol price without a corresponding follow up in the increase of goods and services? It is up to the entrepreneurs/business owners who use fuel to run their business as you said to increase their prices which they always never fail to do. No business operate to incur loses. Let us not allow our selfishness cloud our sense of reasoning abeg because we want to buy cheap petrol at all cost irrespective of what it does to those selling it.. |

Ausrichie: Yes. It might be a loss but I think about others too, you might not do this but that is the way I am. Talk is cheap. No offense but that will be extremely foolish, an action taken in good faith is not a guarantee that it will always be sensible. It is like witnessing an ongoing armed robbery and the police is nearby witnessing it too but refuse to do anything and you go alone to challenge the armed robbers and save the victims because you are thinking about others. We are talking about loses in millions here. You are running a business not a charity. The marketers are not just thinking for themselves but others too(they have a responsibility to their staff, family and business associates). You don't know if the marketer is operating with a loan facility. The culprit is the government or whatever authority that failed to consider this, and that where you should direct your blame to and not individuals like you and me trying to make a living. |

Ifebazz: Special Thanks to Amdman!
I received my 'very clean' Benz a couple of days ago, and boy, Amdman, you need to get yourself a Samsung S20 or Huawei P30 Pro smartphone with better picture quality cameras, because, your iphone camera didn't do justice to what I picked up!
The car came with virtually all accessories, spare tyre, the main tyres has lots of thread on them, the leather seats looks as if it has never been used, even one SARS man disected my First Aid kit sef, looking for what, I don't know. Abeg help me hail Canada people, them dey try.
I bumped into the guy (fastest finger) that bought the initial one I wanted to buy. Ol boy, the cars are top notch. I felt a little sense of pride when I noticed most dudes there were 'eyeing' the ride.
Amdman's team down here also are very sensible dudes. I really felt his cool and collected demeanor has been inculcated in them with a courtesy not easily associated with typical Nigerians. That's a very good thing every businessman should try to imbibe.
I loved the honesty with which he carried out his dealings, Amdman, you will go places! Honesty is a scarce commodity in this part of the world.
Surely, my next rides will be coming in through you (if you keep the flag flying) and hopfully its gonna be soon.
For the skeptical dudes in here waiting for 'who go first buy', I don buy oooh. The guy is 100% LEGIT as they come. The only hidden charges is the two bottles of chilled Heineken that I drank while waiting for my goods to be discharged.
The only non positive as I have told him personally is his response time and relay of feedbacks to customers. I understand that the Time Differences of the two time Zones isn't helping matters but, that's an area you can definitely improve on just to allay customers' fears and anxiety.
Peeps, I relied, entirely on Amdman's judgement in procuring my car from him, and when he told me it was a 'fantastic deal', I now understand what he meant.
Once again, thank you for making us happy as I wish you many more businesses your way. Pics or we don't believe it |

TylerDurden: NNPC gets FOREX rebates from CBN to import fuel or in some instances swaps crude for refined petroleum products.
The marketers do not have this leverage.
This has led to the situation that only NNPC imports fuel which they supply to the marketers.
NNPC also claimed they are subsiding fuel imports to maintain the pump price of 143per liter
They call this under recovery and it is entered as an operational cost or loss in supplying fuel.
Rather than use the fall in oil price to recover from their losses, NNPC is now reducing fuel cost to continue the subsidy arrangement which stands at well over a trillion naira annually.
This is why independent marketers can not import and sell at 125 naira proposed slash. Thanks for this. |
