He should take time out to develop the maturity to be with one person alone.

Evil and the knowledge of evil existed before humans. That's how it was present in the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

I think God is inherently good, but capable of evil. That's my thought.

Why else would evil exist if God didn't create it? He created everything.

Evil existed before Adam and Eve, otherwise the knowledge present in the tree wouldn't exist.

We can only pass comment on the op's behaviour because he is the one posting and askimg for help.

Making conjecture about people he is provoding heresy about isnt helpful.

The only thing we can be sure of is that this guy is triple dating. Bad behaviour regardless of any other fact. He needs time to grow up.
