Eko Ile:
I don't even think the ACN is interested in the presidential aspect of this election, looks like unifying the SW is the primary objective.
Yes after that, you can always form alliance based on mutual interest.

they are supporting Jonathan, so they have not lost a thing.
PoliticsRe: Fola Adeola Is Nuhu Ribadu’s Running Mate by foreman: 3:48pm On Feb 20, 2011
BTW, I am still praying, wishing and hoping Buhari and Ribadu will just fuse into one ticket. I am sure that will be the end for the Odechukwu fisherman.

guy dont be confused,BB is the way
Fola Adeola is an heavyweigh if you asked me. I'll be in a very serious dilemma if Fola is chosen eventually. Buhari is better than ribadu but Fola is definitely better than Bakare. I am 100% Fola will make alot of difference in the Ribadu ticket.
PoliticsRe: Ijaw Youths Invade Ondo Village, Kill Five by foreman: 3:33pm On Feb 20, 2011
Alj harem must be having a good laugh at this. I mean he doesn't need to post messages to divide the southerners. Southerners are still largely primitive in thinking, you don't need to divide them , they will naturally do.

This is very embarrassing to my race. This is what happens when people adopt foreign religions especially christianity. the yoruba pastors have finished whatever courage remained in Yorubas. something must be done and quickly to arrest this situation. Bomb in ikeja, 1000 died due to panic, rumour of fight in abatoir in lagos, everybody ran away from abbatoir(except my homeboys agbero who are largely muslims anyway)everyday, its the same thing.

In the mean time, I hope there would be enough tension to make Jonathan lose this election in the SW. The ijaw boys should keep it coming, cowards deserve to die anyway,
PoliticsRe: Fola Adeola Is Nuhu Ribadu’s Running Mate by foreman: 3:14pm On Feb 20, 2011
I don't like this! Now I am confused Buhari or Ribadu?
PoliticsRe: Ijaw Youths Invade Ondo Village, Kill Five by foreman: 3:01pm On Feb 19, 2011
In a way, I am enjoying this.

I hope more of this exchange happens between the Ijaw and Yoruba sides before elections. I would be very glad to have the riff-raff fisherman in Aso-rock back in his village, probably to become the VC of his private university in his village.

I just can't stand him being referred to as "Nigerian president". spits

isuomo:
JohnDoe, it is foolish and mediocre people like you who perpetrate the preponderance of mediocrity at various levels in Nigeria. So anyone who takes Ribadu serious is silly? and those who take Goodluck serious are the wise ones? i really weep for this generation of Nigerians who will prefer a Jonathan just because he his from the minority and "we need to show the northerners" and not because of what he has to offer the nation. Thankfully no one is compelled to vote GEJ and i surely know who not to cast my votes for in April it is a shame that come April, a lot of people will vote along your sentimental lines and forget that the progress of the country should supercede tribal and primordial sentiments.
These guys are paid to do what they are doing. so learn to live with them.
PoliticsRe: Rascals In Govt: Jonathan A Drunk Fisherman -tinubu ! by foreman: 2:38pm On Feb 16, 2011
For Odechukwu's information, we are not christian or muslim, we are Yoruba. Period!
PoliticsRe: Rascals In Govt: Jonathan A Drunk Fisherman -tinubu ! by foreman: 2:35pm On Feb 16, 2011
Funny how these fishermen think they feed the rest of the nation! villagers shio.

Carry on jare oga Tinubu, ethnic card is part of the game in this country where people no sabi right from the left. After all mr president has been playing the religious card in the north central, and ethnoreligious card in the southwest, how do you explain his pretentious appearance at the Redoomed Christian church of God and his statement that Lagos is made up of 50% non-Yorubas?

If care is not taken, that riff-raff fisherman will create another Jos in Lagos.

I saw some Igbo dem people mobilising for PDP in Lagos. I dey cry for them.

Hahahaha, its a bible of course. Na now the guy know say im go read bible. He didn't see that bible passage that says "do not steal" before committing the fraud. They will definitely face the music and this will also serve as a lesson to intending fraudsters.

Point of correction my guy, stealing has nothing to do with ones religion.BTW how did you know the guys are all Christians? Afterall the holy books (Bible, Koran etc) condemned stealing.
Of course the holy books comdemn stealing but your pastors are not interested in that nowadays. Just get the money no matter how and bring their share.
PoliticsRe: North In Fresh Moves To Stop Jonathan by foreman: 5:02pm On Feb 10, 2011
Another pathetic attempt at diverting attention away from the recent gaffe of Jonathan in Ibadan. No more north or south blah blah thank you.

We can now discuss issues.

No matter how much you guys try, GEJ is a dunce. he can never improve. you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

PoliticsRe: Dangote Should Run For Lagos State Governor In 2015 by foreman: 6:21pm On Feb 09, 2011
KnowAll:
There has not been a federal presence in lagos for the past 12 years now. Dangote would bring the necessary  Federal presence into lagos, and moreso by 2015 we would be having a northern president that would also work in favour of lagos too.
PDP is ruling OYO, OGUN and was ruling ekiti and osun. What federal presence did you feel there?

Federal presence means only one thing in Nigeria, more access to federal cash by the few PDP politicians. nothing benefits the populace

PoliticsRe: Ivory Coast Elections -- Cia, Freemasons, Imf by foreman: 11:24am On Feb 08, 2011
In your opinion, who won the election?
hakim23:
Good question, my friend.
In the video, it shows how the so-called 'election monitors and supervisors' claimed that Ouattara won. They told this to the Constitution Council WITHOUT EVEN ANY PROOF OR EVIDENCE! I researched this on google to verify it, found interesting results.

Also, it is interesting how most protests in Ivory Coast wanted Gbagbo in power.

What do you think and make out of this?
PoliticsRe: Ivory Coast Elections -- Cia, Freemasons, Imf by foreman: 8:31am On Feb 08, 2011
Who won the election? That's the issue at hand.

PoliticsRe: Voter Registration. . . Jega Asks For Another N6.6bn by foreman: 4:26pm On Jan 27, 2011
kinharold:
good mathematics, but ddn't he do this mathematics before he said he can register about 70m in just 2 weeks. many pple tried to tell him earlier that that won't be possible but he ddn't listen.

Now, after agreeing and signing to do a job at an agreed amount and for an agreed duration, he couldn't deliver. And for reasons/faults that are obviously his:
his staff come late to work
equipment failure
unavailable equipment where it is needed
non payment of staff as at when due etc.

Now that more precious time is required for him to try and do the job, he is askin us to pay for it.

My own:  Nigerians should please, give him part of the needed amount and let him source for the rest from within. All, so that we can all do our best to have a credible register and a free and fair election. May God help us.
well, 70million in two weeks is not bad.

To make 70million in two weeks, he needs to register 70/14 = 5million in a day. Considering that we have 120,000 centers, he needs to register 5000000/120000 =42 people per center per day
PoliticsRe: Voter Registration. . . Jega Asks For Another N6.6bn by foreman: 10:24am On Jan 27, 2011
A brief mathematics show that the figure may not be that big.

The cost of paying 240,000 ad-hoc staff at the rate of N15,000 per week is N3.6 billion.

When combined with 9,000 staff and more supplies, the figure is not much.

We seriously need to stop making mountains out of molehill

NB: This is not to say Boko haram is right

You people are fighting a lost battle. You should even thank the federal government so far, if not for government you should have been finished. You don't fight a bigger and more determined neighbour like this.
