Is there any difference btw a man murdered in the West or in the East by an unknown person be it hausa, igbo or Yoruba?

The differences i see is the location, different muderers and different victims, but the act is same and it's called MURDER. and the perpetrators must be brought to justice.

You're still clutching at straws, Obama nominated and or has his nomination confirmed as Barcanista affirmed in his article. Bubu is yet to name one single minister yet comparing himself to Obama.
But buhari is yet to name one single minister is not the context he analysed.
The bone of contention is ' even Obama didn't have some of his cabinet several months'

as for the Buhari, that's another topic.

I think it will be good we take lessons on basics like this. If after reading this you still hold this kind of view then I'm afraid I don't see how discussing with you will make a meaning. Permit me to ignore you!
Ok! Then, was Otto Wollf chosen by Obama to act or is Otto Wollf HIS(OBAMA) preffered candidate?

Who was acting as Secretary of Health and Human Service before Kethleen Sebelius was nominated 23rd Feb?

barcanista:
I think it will be better for you to ask questions. Of all cabinet nominations by Obama in 2008 (before taking office), only TWO withdrew their nominations. Others were subsequently cleared by the Senate.

I think you have to educate yourself on the process of Cabinet appointment. First, the President nominates then the Senate Confirms. Once nomination is made the President has done his work-waiting for the Senate. Obama nominated ALL his Cabinet Secretaries before taking oath of office.
@ the first bolded confirmed or affirmed that Obama didn't have his full cabinet for several months even though he announed all before taking an oath of office.

@ the second bolded also comfirmed or affirmed that there is a process before confirmation by the senate. right? and it is also the responsibity of the President at this critical time to nominate a credible candidate that he believes can scale through the process.

So, what is the first process?]

Talking of full cabinet, Buhari doesn't have a cabinet at all.
Yes, you're right, Buhari does not a cabinet at all. But does that dispute the fact that Obama didn't have a full cabinet after some several months? as i have asked.
Politics › Re: Buhari Article On Obama's Cabinet(2): PMB Was Absolutely Wrong by forgiveness: 11:06am On Jul 22, 2015
My question is, did Obama had a full cabinet the day he was sworn in?

Is a Nominee part of a cabinet even before confirmation?

They were hurriedly nominated without thorough consultation hence they couldn't make the cabinet.

If you worth 4 and you think you worth 100, then it will difficult to humble oneself but if you worth 50 and see yourself below that it easy to humble yourself.

We still have a lot to learn and receive but unfortunately we pride ourselves above what we worth.

Pride goes before destruction.

There are hundreds of Anambra military officers that started with Obasanjo, Diya and are no where near where Obj and Diya reached in their chosen profession, so don't downplay their achievements pls.

Cosmas Maduka and Adenuga in the same sentence? The only businessmen that should be mentioned in Adenuga's class are Dangote, Otedola, and maybe Jim Ovia.
Even Oba Otudeko(another Ogun son) is ahead of Coscharis and Innoson in entrepreneurship and wealth. Not to forget the Subomi Baloguns(FCMB owner, and father of merchant banking in Nigeria), another Ogun great who may not even enter Top 5 Ogun entrepreneurs.

That aside, you had to go back to Ojukwu Snr of the 40s to 60s to find a match for Adenuga in Anambra, guess what? At that time, Ogun had two representatives in the list of Nigeria's richest/most successful businessmen.

So in Ojukwu's generation, Ogun had two reps, in Adenuga's generation, bring a representative. Pls don't tell me Adenuga and Cosmas Maduka are in teh same class. Even Oba Otudeko(Honeywell group and highest shareholder in First Bank, and rated one of teh Top 10 richest Nigerians floors Maduka and Innoson, not to talk of The Bull himself.)
No, You're wrong Ogun had three, Sir Mobolaji Bank - Anthony is from Ijebu- Ode.

Politics › Map Of Ethnic Groups In Nigeria As It Revolves From 1901- 2015 by forgiveness(op):
Nigeria is made up of many Ethnic Linguistic groups apart fron Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba, but unfortunately many Nigerians are not aware or pretend to ignore it. Most especially the compositions of the Ethnic groups in the North because many in South will term anyone from North as Hausa/Fulani.

Moreover, There are many ethnic groups in the North apart from Hausa/fulani, in fact one or two are among the 7 largest Ethnic groups in Nigeria.

However, It is necessary to Educate all Nigerians about the composition of the Ethnic groups in Nigeria due to the unnecessary tensions created since the recent political appointments made by President Buhari.

Therefore, Nigerians are condemned to know the compostion of various ethnic groups in Nigeria apart from the big 4. Fulani, Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba, less we indirectly or directly marginalize other groups.

Note: I am not for/against any political appointment made by our President Buhari so far.

Starting from map of 1901 - 2015

These are the list of the largest Ethnis groups in the North and South.

North:

1, Hausa
2, Fulani
3, Kanuri
4, Tiv
5, Nupe
6,Igala
7, Gwari
8, Idoma
9, Chamba

South:

1, Yoruba
2, Igbo
3, Ibibio/Efik
4, Ijaw
5, Edo
6, Urhobo
7, Ogoni
8, Ogoja.

see the lies you were spreading. He was not made head of state. Ironsi merely asked them to surrender the reins of power to him so he could restore peace in the heated entity called Nigeria.

Dipcharima and his fellow northern supporters of Balewa had no choice but to surrender for they feared use of force.

Do your research. I won't spoon feed you next time you run posting nonsense.
Hmmmm! @ the bolded is interesting.

Do you mean Ironsi was not made Head of State by the coup plotters but HE merely made/asked them to surrender to him?

How did he make them(Democratic Government) to surrender to him(millitary officer), at gun point or willing? because you said they had no choice.

Are you saying they had no choice to handover to a constitutional next highest Government ranking official after the demise of the prime minister?

Or was it constitutional for Ironsi to become head of states?

Infact, does Nigeria have a Constitution as at that time? and if yes, What does the constitution states about the rightful person to be made interim Prime minister or whatever?
