As a developer, you need to have personal projects you work on. You can't keep working for someone forever. You need to start something yourself.

Most developers get something wrong, you can't just build a startup just after learning or taking a course. You need experience that is you need to work with your skills more like an intern for 2, 3 years or more.

The guy who built Quora worked with Facebook. Founder of Paystack built softwares for financial institutions before he felt he needed to do something different.

So learn, work, gain experience then startup something but not necessarily.

You don't have to be a CEO or Founder before you solve problem.

Easy, I could do it with node js file system module plus other modules
You can loop over the directory and find a file "index.js" you then look for an "index-2.js" file or you store the contents in a variable and compare it, delete the second file if they have the same content

It will if the konga website worked but it doesn't it's just a html page with no functionality. If it had functionalities like add to cart and admin center for each seller then that would have move heads but it's just a page and nothing else. It's not even cloned properly too. Janky images everywhere.

Cloned projects would be okay if we were in 2019 or 2020. My first two projects were cloned projects and they were sufficient then but now things have changed. We have a lot more people trying to get in and unique projects will always sell more than cloned projects.

My advise to beginner frontend developers will be to join designers communities make friends with upcoming ui and ux designers. They always have full application designs. Collaborate with them and build those things into code and they would make much more sense than having clones

There are jobs you can still get without dsa but ops frontend skills still need some work. Op try being friends with a designer and collaborate on two three solid projects and a portfolio. Look at the kind of projects devmek used to post and jsxyoungboy. Jsxyoungboy is employed now I don't know about devmek but he rarely posts so I am sure he should have gotten something.

It was my first time using node is sir. I wanted to learn how it works, hence I didn't use any framework, tho from now on I'll be using express for creating servers cos from what I've seen, it's 100 times better than raw node
