plaetton: Let me understand your Convoluted logic. It goes like this:

Jesus did not sin.
But Jesus got angry, lost his temper and destroyed the properties of other people without compensation.
Anger and vandalism are negative and evil emotions, therefore Jesus expressed a negative and evil emotion.
But, since jesus is god, he is justified in getting angry and committing acts of vandalism.
Therefore, jesus remains sinless.

Congratulations!
HE SAID BE ANGRY AT SIN BUT DON'T SIN....THE TRADERS KNEW BETTER THAN TO TURN THE SYNAGOGUE/TEMPLE INTO A BUSINESS OR MARKET PLACE....MY DEAR YOU HAVE NO POINTS, JESUS IS LORD FOREVER AND EVER!!!!!! smiley cheesy grin

musKeeto: How could God die?

So why call himself Son of David? Evidently, the seed of David wasn't in him.

So God sent himself to save his creations to pay a debt his creations owed him. I'm not surprised I have to believe this by faith. Faith makes the irrational rational.

Ag[center]ain, God sacrificed himself to himself?

Sounds like all the problem of the world today is because Nazareth didn't have an asylum..
.......I feel sorry for you, HE is God all by Himself, HE is the Son of God, The Son of Man, The last Adam...whether you acknowledge HIM or not HE will not change and guess what? At the mention of that matchless Name JESUS every knee bows,even the devil trembles and you know what my dear friend? HE is coming back again to judge the whole world and all flesh including you will see HIM....If you say you are smart my dear then accept HIM as your LORD and Saviour, HE will save you from eternal damnation.

oyinmama: This old man, he played one,
He played knick-knack on my thumb;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played two,
He played knick-knack on my shoe;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played three,
He played knick-knack on my knee;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played four,
He played knick-knack on my door;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played five,
He played knick-knack on my hive;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played six,
He played knick-knack on my sticks;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played seven,
He played knick-knack up in heaven;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played eight,
He played knick-knack on my gate;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played nine,
He played knick-knack on my spine;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played ten,
He played knick-knack once again;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

CareerRe: Being A Graduate Is Not Enough! You Need Skills? by fpeter(f): 3:23pm On Apr 17, 2013
Nashville: I agree with you but your story may not be complete. I am sure the people that applied for your bakery job are mostly not British and they probably went to some community college. If they are foreigners, they probably are in the UK illegally and just need whatever job to survive. I just want to point out that most British graduates wouldnt apply to work in your bakery.

But you are right about acquiring skills. I was reading a post yesterday and a young graduate was asking whether to go for a Masters or Professional course. And I thought, don't these people get tired of adding extra certificates? The certificates they already have, they have no clue how they will make a living from it, yet they want another certificate. Our young people should learn to have other skills and more importantly solve problems. You must remember that people pay you for solving a problem or meeting a need. Whether by providing a service or launching a product, you are meeting someone's need or solving a problem. Our young graduates should focus on those and there are lots of good business opportunities in Nigeria if only people could think out of the box. I agree capital might be an issue but the orientation needs to change from acquiring degrees to problem solving.
......Please highlight the opportunities available in Nigeria and also tell us the skills to acquire,people should learn to give solutions not speak plenty grammar and leave the matter unattended.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: On Interview, How Do I Answer The Salary Question? by fpeter(f): 3:34pm On Apr 16, 2013
Let us be realistic, this is one of the trickiest questions interviewers ask candidates, where are the HR people on NL? give us the best PROFESSIONAL answers to this question. Experience has taught me not to be too forward with figures during interviews, it may be your undoing. My current job is an eye opener, always bargain well and insist on a fair remuneration.

A few days ago, i came across a thread that talked about the male corpers sleeping with their female students and to my utter amazement and shock a lot of guys on NL saw nothing wrong with these seemingly educated young men who were sent to those communities to mentor these kids take advantage of their naive and vulnerable states but chose to defile and take advantage of the girls, now see what this corper has earned himself? The rest of you out there, remember what goes around comes around.

smile4kenn: I feel so honored to be the first comment. All of my hard work and dedication has paid off. Getting the top comment has been a dream of mine for many years, and I would like to thank those who have helped me along the way. First and foremost I would like to thank God for giving me this opportunity. Next, I would like to thank my girlfriend. She had been patience with me while I attempt to make the top comment. I would also like to thank my pet tadpole for surviving against all odds for over a week. Next I would like to thank the squirrel that lives in my backyard for climbing trees because that gives me inspiration that I need to get through the day to make the top comment. This is a special moment in my life and I would like to thank any of my unmentioned friends and family that have helped me along the way. This moment will be a moment that I will never forget. I just remembered a few other people I will like to thank; Facebook, my light in my room bc i wouldn’t be able to see the keyboard without it, the internet for letting me go on nairaland, my house because without it I would be homeless, and last but not least I would like to thank all the people out there that actually took time out of their day to read this. I cannot stress how much of a big deal to me this is. I have been trying to be the first comment on a post for years, but that has not been possible until this amazing day. Hopefully my good luck will continue, but this is undoubtedly a rare occasion. If you asked me how I did this, I would say, you can achieve anything u set your mind on. To all the nairalanders out there reading this, I would like to tell them to follow their dreams. Being the first comment is amazing, thank you everyone.

[quote author=acidtalk]Please people help drop very logical advice here because I need it.

Thinking of setting up a Hotel but one which won't accomodate the practice of Adultery and Fornication as well as a Nonalcoholic bar in it.

How profitable that will be I don't know but I want to do it out of the fear of God rather than solely for profit making'''...............set it up with strict rules and regulations,give it a nice Christian name and let it exude a holy and spiritual ambiance, also try putting up Christian paintings,slogans,write-ups,bible quotations depicting holiness,wages of sin and the judgement of fornicators and adulterers...sinners go ja! grin
