i can see how you are having series of orgasms on this thread. grin

i hope you do understand that a thief is always a thief - he doesn't need hardship to display his or her talent. in fact, hardship is supposed to bring out the best in us - its suppose to bring out the survival instinct in man - it can either be positive or negative, hence the reason why some are making it big as we speak (e,g the young man with the hectares of rice farm in Nasarawa, Anambra state exporting vegetables and making loads of forex to develop the state despite some other states not able to pay salaries, lagos state developing a mega city, etc) let me still remind you one more time that the economic difficulties we all are experiencing now is majorly due to the terrible and bad economic decisions of the past administration coupled with large scale looting of the national treasury by GEJ's cronies and friends in crime.

things will get better but we have to wade thru this storm first, whether we want to or not. though if GEJ had saved and made effort to diversify the economy when oil was selling for N150 to the dollar, we wouldn't have noticed this trying times.

Yes! the blame is still on the past PDP administration! the best we can do now is to give this government the support they need to help us swim thru this tide.

Hahahahahaha, I was expecting the bolded and he didn't disappoint... grin cheesy

Hehehehe, I can see that people within this administration are all saints that they were petitioned and EFCC never went against them while some other ones, SRs have been pointing out their scam but Buhari chooses to keep mum. Tell me another crap please. undecided

you and i knows very well that the spirit speaks thru Mbaka - that is why lots of people still listens to him. you may chose to reject his prophesies but pls don't slander him.
if mbaka is interested in collecting money from politicians, you and i knows very that GEJ would av given him any amount he so desires just to make him say positive things in his favour.

Hmm babe it actually is a serious matter, ..when there are lots of stories like these in Nigeria then it is obvious that we are in for a bumpy ride with the present government.

But I want to believe things will get better soon, there's always light at the end of the tunnel and actually some of PMBs policies will help us in the long run..the only problem is hanging on through the bumpy ride..you know that Olympic gold winners ddnt just get up one day and got the gold, they went through backbreaking trainings before they got successful..so let's look on the bright side

So you never hear say NEPA (power distribution companies) don carry the remaining light way dey the end of the tunnel? This is one thing I like about Nigerians, they don't fail to add petty sentiments to their beliefs... grin cheesy

Proffdada:
only Glo is accurate on billing
hairtell is run by crafty indians

Believe me, glo placed me on some stuff that had been taken #50 from my line on weekly basis for over a year. Apart from that, the last two subscriptions I made with glo, I didn't use up to half of the first one (lost 2.3GB) while the last one made me loose 1.7GB, all due to their terrible network (they could just switch off their 3G connection and bang, it stays off for more than a week and one can't access the internet for those periods.

Now that I've realized Airtel is as much a scam as glo, I'm switching to MTN (for my glo line, I'm porting it to etisalat).

yemsai:
My broda..naso we c am o..na only God go help us.. cool

My dear, God can't help us while we sidown dey look. We ought to help ourselves. It starts with you and I. If only we can start up the campaign online and force these crafty organizations to treat us better. These crooks definitely can't do all this in developed countries and even some African countries and walk free. It's only in Nigeria that anything goes.

Technology Market / Why Are Nigerian Network Providers Good At Scamming Subscribers? by francizy(m): 11:59pm On Jun 24, 2016
After being scammed severally by Glo, I decided to ditch my Glo sim card for Airtel only for me to realize that I'm about to be scammed once again.

Yesterday, I subscribed for the Airtel N1,500 for 3GB data. This was after I called their customer care and I was told about their plans (N1,000 for 1.5GB and N1,500 for 3GB). I thought to myself, rather than going for N1,000 that gives only 1.5GB, I rather choose the N1,500 for 3GB data. Note, on no account did their customer care agent tell me that the N1,500 for 3GB was actually a scam on android and allows one access to only 1.5GB of data. If I were told this, then I'd not be foolish to choose such a sham bundle.

I downloaded some YouTube Videos within just a night and all my downloads worth is 1.34GB (right now, all my browsing session as shown by my phone is worth 1.48GB) of which my phone confirms it (pictures below). Only for me to check my data at 7am this morning to see that my data which Airtel confirmed to me was a 3GB package had dropped to 167MB.

Wondering when 3GB - 1.34GB amounted to 167MB. Then I placed a call at the airtel customer care. At those morning periods, I called them twice and they assured me that the issue is being worked on and will be resolved only for me to call them this night and was told I have exhausted my data. Now they are telling me the package works differently on android. Something I was never told before my subscription. I tried my possible best to explain to them that they've just scammed me while they were trying their best to confuse me on why I should believe that they did the right thing by scamming me.

Attached below are the snaps I took from my phone data usage information.

I hope this gets to front page because we are being stepped on by these organizations on regular basis and knowing fully well, that the body that is supposed to be monitoring them is just there for the purpose of paying salaries to some inactive set of individuals, these network providers have decided to scam us with utmost disregard.

If no be stupid cavani dat goat. Suarez for get chance at balon dor sef. He has been the most outstanding player this year actually. Followed by messi then Ronaldo...and I say so because rpnaldo Na small game shiner. Paltry point scorer. Unable to take a big game by its horns.... He was on the pitch when messi-less barca thrashed dem 4-0, lost to athletico in d la liga too....only to score in a penalty shootout and act like he killed Poseidon. Mehn say what you say. But its messi all d way once Copa America gets in the bag...which you would agree is more likely than Portugal going far at the euros.... 1 major trophy cant count for anything against 6.... Word

Why do you folks like undermining people's effort? He was on the pitch when Barcelona without messi trashed Madrid 4 but what happened when Barcelona met them with Messi on the pitch? Madrid beat the hell outta Barcelona, even with one man down (red) and with one clear goal disallowed. Not forgetting that Real Madrid made it past Quarter Final because of the efforts of Ronaldo...

I think Messi is super talented and so also Ronaldo, therefore, let us stop being sentimental.

Guess you did not reason your thoughts before posting this, please read Dezianni's statement with open mind again:

"With all sense of modesty, I say this only for posterity and for the records. I have strived within my means and the blessings of God to live a decent and accomplished life. I studied architecture in England and obtained a bachelor’s degree from Howard University, United States of America in 1992. When I returned to Nigeria that same year, I joined Shell Petroleum Development Corporation. In 2002, I obtained an MBA at Cambridge University, United Kingdom. In April 2006, I was appointed by Shell as the company’s first female Executive Director in Nigeria. In July 2007, I was appointed by the late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua as Minister of Transport. The next year in December 2008 I became Minister of Mines and Steel Development. In April 2010, I was appointed as Minister for Petroleum Resources and served in that capacity till May 2015. During this period as Petroleum Minister, I had the honour of serving Nigeria and representing her in the Organization of Oil Exporting Countries (OPEC) where I was elected first female President. All through my career, I have strived to maintain a record of hard work, integrity and excellence, giving my best to society, because my parents raised me in the consciousness that a man or woman’s greatness is defined not by the amount of wealth they have acquired but the impact of their service to God and humanity."

Let me break it down for you:

> Graduated 1992 (24 years ago) and joined Shell Petroleum Dev Co
> In 2002, obtained MBA at Cambridge University, United Kingdom, that is after 10 years in SPDC
> In April 2006, she was appointed by Shell as the company’s first female Executive Director in Nigeria.

In summary, Deziani worked in Shell from 1992 and rose to Executive Director in 2006, that is over 14 years. Thereafter, she served as a Federal Minister for 9 years. Headed OPEC and led the Ministry of Petroleum resources. Do you really think that such a woman cannot afford jewelries? Let us make sensible assertions my friend!!!

It affects you more than it affects the Americans. With your views and ideologies, even i as a muslim, would never employ you or want you anywhere near me. You are a potential terrorist.

You are not a muslim by and at heart, you are a muslim by brain, and your actions are a reflection of the capacity of it. That's the only reason you'd support this.

I'm not a Muslim neither I'm I gay. In short, I hate gayism but will never wish gays death. Having said this, much respect to you and VomeSchakleton for putting that mofo in his place. If all Muslims, Christians, atheists, herbalists, etc., reasoned like you two, then the world would have been a very peaceful place. Keep it up..
