Please I've already submitted my application but I noticed I checked on NO instead of YES when I was asked about been denied of visa from another country or territory... Because I've applied for a UK standard visa lately last year and I was denied though till date I'm still yet to know why(those an agent was involved) and also on my Canada application they asked if I've done IELTs before I checked on NO instead YES I did IELTS but my band score was 5.5 so my thoughts was this thing might not be necessary... Please what can I do asap to amend this part as my application is still on background check I submitted my application on March 1st and did biometric and updated March 9th and my school is resuming by MAY...and I joined this platform about 2weeks ago.. Please what can I do asap ?? Please I need help cry cry cry I'm really begging please , please people of God
@Frankrobbn1 @Teemenzo
@makano @Anon123 and others ... I need serious guide I don't mind paying for services I'm at my last edge of hope, I've been praying to God for this to work and I know he will do it and that's why he strucked my heart with this so that I can make amendment before the final decision comes up... I've spent so much on trips and I don't want to end up with the same result
There is nothing to panic about, fill and update the study permit application form (IMM1294E), and send a validated copy to IRCC via webform. Also forward a copy to IRCC office in Nairobi. In the body of the mail, explain to the Visa officer that you unintentionally omitted some information while filling your study permit form. However you've discovered this error and now sending an updated version of the form for their kind perusal. Advice them in writing that the former form submitted with your application should be discarded.

Hello Nairalanders,

I am yet to do my upfront medicals as there is no date in Qlife until June..

And my program starts by May..should I just wait to get medical request ? What can I do?
Qlife is not the only IRCC authorised panel physician. Why not try book appointment in person with IOM at Isaac John, Ikeja GRA.

Good afternoon all, I’m a graduate of electrical/electronic engineering (2.2) please which universities i can apply for with my grades for masters.
You don't qualify for a masters with a 2.2 grade in electrical and electronics engineering. The best option for you is to apply for a PGC course that must align with your work experience. I will recommend Conestoga College.

From when can a fall 2022 student who already had a TRV enter Canada and be admissible? I've heard about a month before the start of a program. But I want to know how soon someone can travel. Thanks.
If you've a family member in Canada, you can travel two months before the start of your program. You need a letter of invitation which you will declare at the point of entry to the immigration officer. The letter should state that you will be staying in the relatives place for a short period pending when school resumes.

It's PPR, thanks be to God!!! I'm super excited to bring with me good news which could also be a shimmer of hope for you all in this Canadian immigration journey which we are all coursing. On Friday, 11th of March 2022, I finally received the good news of the approval of my Canadian study visa. Truly, delay is not denial, these are my application details:

Confirmation of Submission: October 14, 2021.
Correspondence Letter/BVL : March 10, 2022
Original Passport Request: March 10, 2022

I began this Canadian migration journey sometime back in 2019. At this time, I had no knowledge about whatever processes were involved in applying for the visa, I just had my burning desire to leave this country for greener pastures. Factoring in my ignorance and the need for me to make this work, I procured the services of a canadian immigration consultant. Hmmm... I won't bore you with the disheartening experience of how this journey went, but my people, it was a dark experience for me. Asides from keeping me in the total dark with regards to my application process, he was quite inept in his services and undecided so many times about what course of action to take in response to a presented difficulty. Well, to put it briefly, after he put together a scruffy package for me, my visa application was denied by the IRCC on the 9th of July, 2019 on the grounds of:
1. Purpose of Visit
2. Current Employment decision
3. Home Ties
4. Personal Assets and Financial Status

Upon receipt of my refusal letter, I nearly went into depression. All the time, effort, and money expended had all gone to waste. However, my resolve was greater than my circumstance so after a while I gathered myself up and decided to give it another shot. Quite fortunately for me, at around the same time, a friend of mine had just received an approval for herself to travel to Canada for her master's program. She then told me of her story and referred me to @Frankrobbn1 on Nairaland who she claimed had worked the miracle for her. She further told me of how he had similarly helped a lot of people on the platform through his expert advices on how to successfully migrate to Canada. Upon this, I reached out to @Frankrobbn1 through this very platform to retain his services for a re-application and that was when my story changed for the better.

As a previously refused applicant, I will attest that I was initially quite jittery. However, after a brief while corresponding with Mr. Frank, I was in awe of his professionalism, experience and proficiency in the Canadian immigration industry. I have found him to be extremely detailed, an excellent researcher, problem solver, and critical decision maker. He provided me with tailored support and exhibited excellent attention to detail. He further skillfully resolved all the complications in my last application with the highest degree of professionalism and put my fears to rest by covering every grey areas in my application which resulted in the approval of my study application.

The good God that I serve that used Mr. Frank to change my story from denial to approval will continue to bless him for me. As you have put a smile on my face and the faces of many, God will continue to keep your lips wide with smiles. I cannot quantify the joy that I am feeling right now as I make my travel plans to Canada. For those aspiring migrants reading this and have been undecided about using an agency, take my advice and contact @Frankrobbn1 as soon as possible. He is one honest person I can assure you is worth his pay. I appreciate everyone on this platform and the information and assistance you people give to questions asked on here. I also pray that everyone who is awaiting decision on their application will all receive positive feedbacks in Jesus name. Amen!

Once again, thank you @Frankrobbn1 for what you did for me and God bless you. See you all in Canada. Au revoir.

Hi respected fellows, I have been following this forum for more than 5 years and really appreciate the good work people are doing to show thier follow men an women the genuine way for successful application here. God bless.
I recently got a PhD admission at Dalhousie university with resumption date of September, 2022. As a lecturer, I'm hoping to fund the program through TETFUND in my place of work. I also desire to go with my spouse and three children. As a plan B, I wish to go through the process of self-funding. Guru in the house, please lend your boy a helping hands to get answers to the following questions:
1. Amount that will be enough to move with a family of five for a PhD program
2. Documentation required for smooth application
3. Is it necessary to do upfront medicals to facilitate the process.
Thank you as I await your response.
Congratulations on your PhD admission at Dalhousie University. Permit me to ask if your education at this institution is fully funded by them?

As for your questions, see my responses below:

1. First, I will suggest you apply alone since you're being sponsored by a third party (TETFUND). You can apply for your family to join you when you've successfully landed in Canada.

2. The list of documents can be seen from other people's testimonies on this platform, in consideration of the number of years you've been on this platform (5 years), I believe you should have a clue on the documents required for a study permit application from Nigeria.

3. Get the upfront medical examination done, it will speed up the application process.

Good day everyone, I got my decision last week Wednesday and I am planning on applying immediately. Lectures resumes may 5 , I won't be able to request for GCMS because of how close resumption date is.
Please house, kindly explain to me what the denial letter means
Don't be in a rush to submit your reapplication without properly knowing the facts behind the refusal of your application. From the excerpt you shared, the visa officer has expressed concerns about your financial establishment and economic ties back home to motivate your departure from Canada after studies.

Questions to be answered:

1. What were the financial resources you declared in your last application? - Did you show any evidence relating to your source of income ?

2. What are your holdings in Nigeria ? - Any proof that you're economically stable e.g assets, investments in the bank, valuation report of those properties etc.

The visa officer wants to be reasonably convinced that you're capable to finance your education, and must leave Canada at the end of your authorised course of study. I will advice you carefully examine the reasons for your denial prior to reapplying the second time.

Good morning gurus,
I did my medical at IOM this morning. I submitted my application Feb. Pls am going to upload my new medical via webform and email Abuja, Nairobi, London or where precisely.
Can i seize this opportunity to remind them that my resumption is 24 April and upload my other supporting documents.
Pls it's very urgent
I want to believe that your application is currently in process, however you went on to undergo an upfront medical examination. In this case, you're to upload a copy of your medical slip issued to you by the panel physician on IRCC webform and notify them to update your records accordingly. Given that your school resumption is near, I will suggest you send them emails to request for an update on your application.

Having lost my husband a while back and with the current state of the country as we all know, I made the decision to migrate to Canada with my two children through the Canadian study route. After conducting various researches and upon some consultations, I began to feel like this was an impossible feat as I came across various takes from individuals claiming how nearly impossible getting an approval would be for me. This was exacerbated by the fact that the program I was applying for was totally different from my educational background (You see, I had applied for a Global Hospitality Management program with a previous degree in Accounting). According to various people, this further slimmed my chances of having my visa approved.

Then came @Frankrobbn1. I came across Mr, Frank (CEO of fandrglobal.com) in my search for a reliable, competent and result-proven agent who could handle my peculiar case and put together a befitting profile for me. I had read several reviews about the quality of his services and how he had already helped many individuals move to Canada, but the unique thing is that none of these reviews even did true justice to Mr. Frank's efficiency.

Once I placed him on retainer, he assured me that I was in the best hands. However, this was my first trial and because of the peculiarity of my case, I was quite frantic. I called incessantly trying to know how far he had gone and how he was progressing with my application. Surprisingly, for a man with a busy schedule, Mr. Frank never lost his cool over my calls. He continuously reassured me that he was exerting his full expertise into putting together the best profile for me. Even after he had submitted and I would still call for updates, Mr. Frank still calmed me down by insisting in the quality of his competence which had already as he would say 'been tested and trusted'. Truly, I have confirmed the truth of the quality of @Frankrobbn1 's services because behold my visa has just been APPROVED for both myself and MY TWO CHILDREN!! Truly what seemed impossible has now materialized.

I pray that the almighty God will bless @Frankrobbn1 for me. The good Lord that used you to work a testimony for me will continue to elevate you. There are not enough words to express the amount of joy coursing through my body right now. My children and I will be making the move to CANADA!. Our migration success story would have never been written without Mr. Frank.

My fellow Nairalanders and aspiring migrants who are seeing this testimony and wish to make the move to Canada, my honest advice to you is to consult @Frankrobbn1 for his expert services on packaging the best immigration applicationfor you. I can assure you that whatever amount spent on procuring such services will not be remembered when you are staring your approval in the face. I wish you all the best and I hope to see everyone here in Canada someday. Thank you and God bless.
Congratulations Madam, thank you so much for the detailed review of your experience working with us. We are happy that we could play a major role in making your dream come true. I hope you and your family have the most enjoyable stay in Canada!

A very good day to everyone in the house.

All the gurus making this journey duplicatable for others God bless you.

Please is there a difference between letter of sponsorship and affidavit of support? If yes, please kindly explain. I see a lot PPR timelines showing both as documents submitted.

Thanks in advance.
In a simple sentence;

Letter of Sponsorship is a letter written by the guarantor financing the applicant stay in Canada. This letter is addressed to the Deputy High Commission of Canada. It explains why the guarantor is delcaring his/her sponsorship, what he/she stands to gain as a result of this sponsorship and the reasonableness of spending so much to ensure that applicant acquires the degree/diploma in Canada.

Affidavit of sponsorship is a legal declaration gotten from the high court/notary public wherein the guarantor takes an oath to bear every financial responsibility of the applicant's expenses including but not limited to tuition, maintenance and flight itinerary. Both documents goes hand in hand and are very crucial for Study visa application.

I have a question, is it possible if one is to resume in May, can one still submit application? One can be doing online lectures pending till visa is out.
It is not advisable to start lectures online when a decision hasn't been reached on your application. In the event that your visa gets denied, you may lose the tuition deposit you made to the school. Generally, starting studies online without the approval from the Canadian embassy is completely at your own risk. It does not in anyway improve one's chances of getting approval.

I began my immigration process initially in June 2021 and to ensure things went to plan, I sourced out the packaging of my profile to an agent who had assured me that he was knowledgeable and experienced in the Canadian immigration process so I could rest easy. After a tedious process and a shabby profile package this guy put together for me, my application was refused by the Canadian Embassy on the 23rd of September, 2021 on grounds of purpose of visit, limited employment prospects and not truthfully answering questions asked of me. That was my first refusal and I became very much distraught.

In my quest for a re-application, I got wind of @Frankrobbn1 services, the MD/CEO of fandrglobal.com, through numerous testimonies. Due to my previous encounter with agents I was initially skeptical about him but once I contracted his services, my story changed for the better. He was the angel sent to me by God to turn my story around from sorrow to joy.

Truly, Mr. Frank is one agent who I can assure you is worth his salt. Once I contracted his services, he calmed me down and asked me to place my confidence in his expertise while promising me that he would strategically tackle the grounds for refusal claimed by the IRCC. I initially had a huge fear about my program being flagged as I was applying for a PGD program while holding two Master's degree in MBA and International Law & Diplomacy from OAU and UNILAG respectively but Mr. Frank assured me while my profile presented certain peculiarities, he would be able to sell the necessity of my program and I should trust his services which I did and lo and behold! I now proudly celebrate my approval.

@Frankrobbn1 the good Lord will continue to bless you for me. You are truly one of the few out there who truly are knowledgeable in their craft. I bless the day I came across your services. For those reading this and questioning if they should contract @Frankrobbn1's services, I don't know what your previous experiences are but one thing I can assure you is that it would be the best decision you will make in your canadian immigration journey. I do not regret any money I spent in procuring his expert services as it proved to be worth every penny and more I spent.

Thank you all for the correspondence and assistance being given on this platform for aspiring immigrants. I wish everyone expecting updates positive responses. Keep at it, it will end in praise for everyone.
Congratulations Biolaw, Thank you for your kind words and compliments! I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to write this positive review and for sharing your experience with others. We are pleased to have helped you navigate through this journey. Thank you for placing your trust in us. We wish you all the best in Canada and hoping to demonstrate our expertise again in your family's SOWP.

Did the school make it mandatory that you must pay tuition prior to applying for visa? If no, then there is no need making upfront payment as tuition payment is never a prerequisite for visa issuance.

1. The kids are aged 10+; 9+; 6
2. Funds flows per month (Salary and allowance)
3. Sufficient assets evidence available.
Having considered several factors that might hinder your application from getting approval. My professional advice for you is to apply with the six (6) years old and leave your spouse and other of your children behind. When you've successfully gotten your approval and landed in Canada, you can apply for an Spousal Open Work Permit and an Open Study Permit for the kids. My advice is based on experience and the age of the kids, applying at same time with them will give the visa officer the impression that you're using study permit as a means to relocate to Canada.

It’s PPR GUYS

My story is long and I may not have the timeline correctly bear with me, I’ll post the second timeline because the first one I’m not sure of since the agent I used didn’t let me have access to my profile

This journey started in 2020 basically, that’s when I contacted one popular Canada agent, she’s the one that got admission for me in Crandall university, which I later regretted because the school is way expensive for a one year program but so far I reach there, every other thing will be sorted. So after I got admission I applied in February 2021 with my husband through the agent, for her services we paid over 2k cad, and we got rejected, I was dismayed after all the money spent and all, so the agent told us to try again but was now advising I apply alone, I asked her why she didn’t say this in the first place and she said she can’t tell IRCC’s decision sometimes they approve both partners, other times they disapprove, for this reapplication she was charging 1500CAD, I wasn’t having it, I was pissed after paying more than 2kCAD and was refused, I was asking for a discount and that was the last time I heard from her, meanwhile my husband was on naira land by then and came across frankrobben , that guy was just God sent, after our first consultation he pointed out mistakes made in my first application and what we would do differently this time around , he said I would have to apply alone and gave me cogent reasons, we agreed and hired him. This guy went to work, gave me a list of documents to provide, wrote a very strong SOP AND LOE, even me sef I believe and he submitted in august, guess what happened, another rejection.. see ehn at this point I was pissed because first the reason they even gave was funny, that I didn’t have career prospects at home even when I submitted a letter from my employer granting me a partially paid study leave, with an opportunity for promotion when I get back. See ehn at this point I was done, I called my husband and frank, told them I’m facing UK Abeg and I’m done, after much back and forth, Frank said madam listen I understand how frustrating this is but trust me it’ll be worth it at the end and that did it. We decided to go with JR because we were sure their reason wasn’t good at all, so we contacted a lawyer in Canada and we began the process, I asked the lawyer how long the process will take she said 3 months, surprisingly after she filed and wrote to the defense counsel stating why we were going to court and how their decision was faulty from the start, in less than 7 days they reached out to her for a settlement and reopened my file requested for updated documents , I submitted them again. They asked for medicals, I gave them and now PPR. Please if you know you submitted a strong application and they still refuse you, if you can afford it go for a JR, my experience taught me that this people don’t go through our application thoroughly, I think once they see Nigeria it’s a negative and they refuse without valid reading . Well it has ended in praise. This platform taught me a lot or my husband a lot because he was the one that introduced me to this platform and this is where we met Frank. I always look out for ppr stories and landing gist and promised myself that I’ll post mine when it happens. It’ll end in praise for all of us. Thank you
Congratulations Ma, I am excited to hear about the approval of your study permit and I wish you the very best in Canada.

With the right contact of an officer working at Police Headquarters at Alagbon, you can obtain a PCC without being present in the country. All documents will be forwarded to you electronically for you to fill and scan it back to them.

Good morning guys, please I want to order for my gcms notes, who can assist me with this..

Have sent mails and webforms to ircc as regarding study permit application but no good response other than the generic ones.
At this present times, GCMS notes takes about 35-60 days to be delivered. There is little/no information you can see if you're application hasn't stayed for quite some time. However, to order for the notes you will need an individual presently in Canada (whether a Permanent residence, student, or worker) to assist you order for it. Otherwise, there are other trustworthy websites who charges a token for this services, a good number of them can be found on the Internet.

Good morning everyone!

Any idea who updates medical?

Feb 8 eligibility started

Feb 11 we are reviewing medical

Feb 14 medical passed

Really nervous
Medicals are reviewed and updated by the Program Case Analyst while the Senior Immigration officer is responsible for initiating the request for a medical in order to continue processing your application. In view of the above timeline, there are higher chances that your application will be positively considered. Hang in there and remain positive.

Please, how many years doors q-life / IOM medical report expires?

I did my screen last year March, and I would be traveling by April. Should I book another appointment? Or I don’t need another medical result?
A medical exam is usually valid for 1-year. If you're medicals is within this duration, I don't see the need to redo it.

Good day Mates. Please, how do I pay for my student visa fee? I made use of the new portal and have been finding difficult to pay. All the cards were declining. I have used Gtb,Stanbic, Wema, Access, Fcmb, Unity but to no avail. Please, help out.
You can't make payment with Naira Master Card due to the monthly USD limit. I'll suggest you contact a trusted and reliable person abroad to help you with the payment.

Hello everyone, when filling out the study permit application form, do I need to include application for my children (who are minors) with valid visitors' visa?
There is no need to include your children since they have existing visitor's visa on their passport. Once your study visa application has been approved, they can accompany you with their visas.

Good day all

Just a quick question.

Someone deposited a co-operative cheque worth 1.5m into my account in December 2021 as my monthly contribution with interest repayment for the year 2021. I submitted my application on the 16th January and eligibility has not started but medical passed.

Should I raise LOE via webfrom and or email to explain the lump sum as it was not variously mentioned in my SOP? Sadly I don't have document to back it up although the name on the cooperative appearance in the back statement.

Thanks for your feedback.
I don't believe that the LOE would have any effect in your application considering that there is no evidence to support your claims. If you're able to generate proof as to the source of income, then you may consider addressing the lump sum deposit.
