Artifical insemination is allowed if only the husband sperm is transferred to his wife's egg and the wife carried the pregnancy herself (please note all the conditions attached)
Surrogacy is totally haram in Islam.
Adoption is allowed but you must never claim to be the biological parent of that child. You can only be guardian and also let the child knows the root of her real parent when grown up.
