Enigma these people are too proud and arrogant to admit their wrongs and u can't see them correcting one another even after the obvious is stated. My worry is that anything that oyaks says is the truth and they will take it like that without analyzing such. Even his most deluded pastor, joagbaje can never prove himself wise enough to bring his master's statement to the light of the scriptures instead he will rush to nairaland to display his ignorance. @azibalua the question would have been 'did Jesus ask peter to cut off someone's ear?' or 'did Jesus tell them what the swords were for?' it's ur opinion to assume the swords were for security whereas two swords wouldn't have been enough to secure Jesus from priests, captains, even the multitude. Ok why did Jesus not encourage peter to continue with the sword if actually He needed them to secure Him? Instead He taught him that he who lives by the sword dies by the sword. |

jo u need to read the whole chapter u quoted to understand it well. Did Jesus asked them to fight for Him with the sword? - NO Did He actually need human security when He could command host of angels to do the job for Him? What actually were the swords for? To kill people or scare them away? -NO Lesson that he who lives by the sword dies by the sword? -YES Common sense will tell us that two swords wouldn't have been enough to secure Jesus against the priests,captains and multitude coming for Him. This is as simple as ABC, Jesus did not need human security. |

@jo Jesus hid because He had not completed His job. When His job was done He simply submitted Himself. His disciples neva carried swords to kill anyone. When the fight broke out at the time of Jesus' arrest, why did Peter go for the ear? Why didnt he go for the neck or stomach? So jo, when will u complete ur job as a pastor? christianity is all about salvation whether u are poor, rich, blind, deaf or whatever. Prosperity in terms of physical wealth is what God alone can give u if He so desires. |

Gombs your long post did nothing to address the issue. Thanks for that section of constitution u put up there. I must let u understand the issue on ground - verifiable healing or miracle when a well known cripple or a blind man goes to ur CEC and receives his healing and this healing is certified by a doctor or people that know this man to be true then we have a clear case of verified and certified healing. But when the miracle CANNOT be verified in the case of a criple or a blind with no known address is claimed to be healed then it is termed unverified and uncertified healing that NBC is against. NBC is never against preaching the genuine word of God and performing authentic miracles as u claime above |
