Please l credited my account since Thursday and the money is yet to reflect on my account.

What should l do? I am new to this investment thing
I did same too and it wasn't credited. I have sent them a mail hopefully it will be done on Tuesday. I will just leave this to end of the month activities.

The truth is that Stanbic will just do this and stylish chop of 4 days interest on that money. I sent the money about 9:15.am.

First bank has pulled out of today's auction. If you bought with them, expect refund tomorrow.
Na wa ooo. So for like 3 auctions now consecutively FBN has not had a successful bid. Na to begin overlook them and pull out funds to other serious banks being that ooo.

It's due time for rental payments!
Has anyone here subscribed to 2023 Sukuk Bond received his coupon?
It's not yet time for the rental payments, please.

It was issued on 13 October 2023.

The biannual rental payments is 13 April and 13 October yearly. So just exercise more patience.

Pls what's the minimum an individual investor can invest in TBills today?
The minimum amount an individual investor can invest and give his/her own bid is N50M. However, if you are to invest through banks and other investments houses, it ranges from 100k to 1M depending.

I only use those investment house for mutual funds. I deleted it because their rate is poor and still sitting at 12% since tbills has been at 20%, Whislt the likes of fsdh is at 16.6%.
Most of the time I’m invested in treasury bills. So I do not need them again as I already bid them goodbye. I redeemed 5m from stanbic bank via their app within 2hrs and I got my funds. The other fund I redeemed through their mail because the fund was over 5m took just 3days. That’s enough to keep investing with them.
That's fair enough.

After calling them again this morning, I finally got paid from United capital. I just deleted the app and moving to stanbic. I’m done with them. Stanbic has been really smooth from deposit to withdrawal.
That's hasty. You should have just left the app there even after moving your funds as you may need it another day. Though, deleting does not mean your account is closed sha. Stanbic had a redemption ceiling of 2.5M back then, anything more will require you to mail and call them which is almost the same process with what you went through. I don't know if it has changed.

I also have the same issue with ucap. Stanbic Ibtc paid me within 2hrs of submitting redemption form. Just 2 hours. It's 3days now. I haven't heard from ucap. That's crazy
For online redemption, Stanbic is the best. Very fast and smooth.

Hello Pa emma. Please which investment house/stockbroker can I use to buy FGN 10years bonds if I have less than N50million. Let say I have 10-15million.
Make I answer for am Stanbic IBTC.

Me go add say you can do it easily with Sandard Chartered Bank too. Infact for them, you can do it without interface with any human. However, I feel it's mostly secondary there and you can do it anyday.

If you decide want to consider them, just download the Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria app. Register normally like you are opening account with normal fintech app. Be sure to have you BVN Valid ID and proof of address ready because it's required in the set up. When done, your account number will be sent to you.

Then from there, you can navigate to the investing option on the app, set up your investment risk profile and after that, you are good to go.

From there you can see their TB , secondary market and bond, secondary market daily. Sometimes you can get really good rates for bond. Na their TB dey poor. Infact there you can also see foreign bonds and mutual funds sef incase you are interested.

That is the mail I got from them after the calls this morning. I just pray I am able to get my funds. It's 72hrs now and no payment just excuses. I'll never use this investments house again. I'll stick to regular banks
Na wa ooo. I just pray they do the needful today. If it's about getting your funds back you will do. It's just this their unnecessary delay in releasing. Sorry about your experience.

Hello Freeman, Do you still use Investnow? I submitted redemption funds for mmf and this people never credit me. I have been seeing complaints.
Yes, I still use them.

What I do in terms of redemption is that, I do the process online and follow it up instantly with mails to their customer service.

Once you redeem online, an automated message is set to you immediately and not long you will be contacted.

Stanbic says WITHIN 2 working days. I redeemed Saturday and it dropped today Monday
Most times it's like that. Even with FBNQUEST and United Capital you can get your funds same day if the redemption request is done online via web or app appropriately. You do it early in the morning, have your security question and password verified and all that. Stanbic have a an online redemption limit of N2,500,000 the last time I checked.

If you are going through the mail route or going to their office to request for redemption especially for those outside Lagos, same day redemption night not work.

Good morning all. I am at first bank now I was informed that there is no auction this week until next week.

I also requested for their secondary market rate.
Normally, you are to do your findings before going to the bank if not. Uninformed or sometimes selfish bank staff will confuse you or convince you to accept what is not.

Attached is the 1st QTR 24 TB Calender posted here earlier. There is auction this week and they won't be any next week till upper week. If you had insisted the person that attended to you will either accept your request to invest and give you the form or call to confirm. I subscribed through FBN this week and the funds have been deducted from my account. I am just praying their bid succeeds.

Okay o.
That's why it's good to operate many banks ooo. The calender from the author of TB was posted earlier and it said there will be an auction this week.
Except they changed their minds which there rarely do.

In my bank I was told on Friday that the auction will be the week after this week, I told them I was reliably informed that it will hold this week so she just gave me the form to fill.

Zenith does not seem to be a TB friendly bank. So, next time if you are sure, once he makes excuses just move your funds to a more TB friendly bank like FBN and Stanbic.

I believe auctions are 14 days apart, are you sure of these dates? I want to pull out funds from mutual funds to bid on the next auction, thanks.
Normally, that's how it is but sometimes it happens that another auction will hold a week after depending on the calendar. With the first quarter calender posted on this page few days back, there is another auction next week.

Thier mutual fund seems to be the worst of Thier investment. They hardly improve on Thier rates, customer care services is zero.
For customer service, I only mail or chat them on WhatsApp if I need them and they respond. As for rate it's been a while I have checked any rate sha.

Just checked now and saw that it's about 10.59% which is poor compared to what Stanbic posted yesterday. I just hope they do better soon.

Good Evening folks

Pls I am supposed to get paid today but nothing now
Pls do we have anyone expecting payment today too
I don't know the exact one yours is. My expectations was on 11th which fell on Saturday however, it wasn't even paid on 12th. I received it on 13th instead.

So sometimes, there are delays like that but if what you are expecting is the first coupon/interest, you may wish to just email your bank/broker about it. They will either notify you if it hasn't been paid or trace and see if there was any error along the line if it has been paid.
