I got this and needed to share for every Christian Believer to read and gain understanding Abuja Declaration (1989) The Abuja Declarion is the outcome of a conference of the African countries of the (OIC) in 1989 and launched by a communiqué of the Islam in Africa Organisation (IAO) founded during this conference. The Islam in Africa Organisation (IAO) is a Nigerian satuted Islamic organisation, an initiative of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC). Dr. Usman Muhamad Bugaje is the current Secretary-General of the IAO, The organisation was founded on 28 November 1989 in Abuja,[1] Nigeria, with the goal to win the whole of Africa for Islam. The statutes and goals[2][3] are ratified in 1991 and this marks her formal definitive founding. The founding-communiqué is also called the Abuja Declaration.[4] Startingpoint for the conference is the fact that Africa is the only continent with an Islamic majority and therefore Africa should fairly represent Islam in government and civic life[5] The plan contains a lot of points that are also common for Christian missionary organisations as relief and economic progression. To promote the unity and solidarity of the Muslim ummah throughout Africa and the rest of the world and to support, encourage and enhance Islamic propagation and resurgence generally. To promote peace, harmony and human development and strive to remove all forms of discrimination, human exploitation and oppression especially in Africa and the world in general. To support, enhance and coordinate Da'wah work in all parts of Africa and propagate the knowledge of Islam throughout the continent. To promote the dissemination of the knowledge of sharia and support its application to Muslim communities in Africa. To strive for the evolution of the economies of the ummah in conformity with the sharia and the attainment of economic self-sufficiency and self-reliance in Africa by promoting industrialization, trade and overall economic development. To encourage and support human resource development programme in Africa, particularly the education and development of the Muslim youth and to ensure that women are accorded their rightful place in society as enshrined in the sharia. To serve as a mouthpiece for the articulation of issues of common concern to Muslim communities in Africa and the rest of the world. To undertake research and publications on all aspects of Islamic history and Islamic intellectual heritage in Africa. To undertake the translation of Islamic works into various African languages and their dissemination. To promote the learning of Arabic language throughout Africa. To promote respect and undertake measures for relief and comfort of those in distress in Africa and other parts of the world. To promote respect for human rights and dignity and to support, with appropriate means, all causes of general justice and freedom throughout the world. To cooperate with other national and international bodies to uplift human dignity and enhance human welfare in Africa and in the world in. Well, with all this many panick about the Ebola outbreak, and deaths rising, there is hope to the citizens of this great country Nigeria. Since the federal goverment is handicapped in solving Boko Haram issues, God sent Ebola to help wipe them away, hence citizens shouldn't panick says MDr Fred Ojo (military doctor in Benin). We where Having an evening chat with Him yesterday, He said the bokoharam are the major victims of the Ebola outbreak, and that he has sources (which he didn't disclose) that several deaths has been recorded from the bokoharam camp via this disease. Saying they are at greater risk of contacting and spreading this disease amongst themselves because they live in country bothers, and also majorly dwell in west African countries where this disease is predominant, eat bush meat alot, and their personal hygiene is zero. He said perhaps God brought Ebola to help Nigerians fight and end the menace of bokoharam. He said that was just his view to it. As the wide spread panick is not called for, that God will always protect His own. As i said earlier, it was just a chat with Dr Fred, and his own personal opinion. |

Greetings my people. Please i really need your suggestions. Graduated two years ago from a popular higher institution and have been without a job which made life uneasy until recently a friend called and told me of a job secured with high connections. I applied and was called for interview. That same day, we were asked to come with a filled copy of our forms signed by a chief judge. My friend had already signed his, but i had no such connection nor the cash, and afterall the clock was ticking on me as it was needed asap. Since i am very good with computer, i scanned and edited the Judges stamp and signature from my friends document and placed it on mine. Finally i got the job. But now, i don't feel good with myself. The fear that am gonna get caught is eating me up, since that is a criminal offence, not just with an ordinary citizen but impersonating a Judge, and also my faith in God, as this is a Sin against God. Now am in dilemma as to what to do. A part of me wants to go and meet the judge, tell him everything that happened and apologize damning the consequences after then. The other part wants to just keep quiet, and continue with the job knowing that i have asked God for mercy. This job has helped me alot. Helped my family too, makes me look like a man and i really dont wish to loose it. I need help and not judgements pls... |

Really need some serious advice. Am in a state where i need help asap. I will start by saying i am a youngman who just rounded up Nysc. During my service year, i seriously fell ill for months. Where i stayed, i met a corper friend who really cared for me, stayed with me throughout my stay in the hospital, cooked and spent on me, just in a bid to make sure i get well. She was all i had, there was no other person to help me around. So she did all and even more than i expected. This made us close, and feelings cropped in. She started having strong feelings for me, and due to our always together, my feelings developed for her too. She had a very serious fiance which she broke up with claiming she doesnt love him all in a bid to see that at the end of the day, i will make up my mind to be with her. I had that in mind though asked her not to but she did break up. As time went on, her sister was posted to the same state for nysc hence stayed with her. And became close to me, of which i tried avoiding. But seriously i came to realize i really loved her sister more than her. Her sister was all i dreamt of in a woman. Now, her sister became so close to me, and loves me so much, and because of the love and feelings i had for her, i couldn't help it but always want to be around her, we had some good times together, and made many future promise. Our romance was just begining though I didn't tell her about the closeness and feelings between myself and her elder sister. This made her elder sister so jealous and angry. Of recent she called her younger sister and explained everything to her, and even told her that we have had somuch together. Now the Younger sister (my love) is so angry. They both discarded me from their lives thinking am trying to fool them both. The elder one says she doesn't wanna see me any more, the younger promised to pour acid on me for breaking her heart and trying to use her head by playing with both sisters and that was never my intentions. I really liked her. Now she never wanna see me. What do i do? 1 Like |

mohims: Lol. Funkybabee l know it's God's wish for us to pay 1tenth of our income. As for me, I would rather give the 1tenth to the needy, less priviledged or the orphanages than give it to a pastor who knows nothing more than acquiring private jets when there are members in his church that cannot afford to eat a 3 square meal in a day. I hope you feel my pain?Don't you read the scriptures? It says bring the tithes to my house, not ophanage home nor the poors home. You can pay it anywhere as far as the place is called God's house.
