In addition, if you patronize Nigeria some of those foreign institutions will build their affiliated universities in Nigeria instead of building them in other African nations knowing well that Nigerians would send there children there. Sending your children to universities outside Africa is another matter for at least this is underscored by their relative excellence over those in Africa.
