Many Muslim scholars already do not regard this book as "authentic" writings or "reliable". I will post the link to the text below. To those who have not read it, let them read it and decide for themselves. Have you heard of the Didache? is not in the bible. Yet, according to scholars this is one of the earlier Christian writings. Christians, only want to accept what is already in their western Bible. But when told about the Ethiopian Bible, they have issues. I guarantee you that if those same books were coming from the Vatican they will accept them. I'm of the opinion that the reader should read the text first and come to an informed decision that way. As oppose to some critic(s) discarding it as unreliable/false. chukkynwob: The way we view woman is wrong...I agree with you. Both made a in my opinion a transgression against their marital obligation... But I agree with you. The man is a fault as well because it takes two to tango. BUT The woman reserves the right to say NO and inform her husband that his friend try to come on to her. Or maybe she came on to him. Admittedly by the poster, it was him who repeatedly stopped it from moving forward. Don't get me wrong. I think the friend who did this is also wrong, but the third party will not know his wife is ...you know... And his friend is a ...you know... Unless someone comes forward. My concern is about the husband who is in the dark here. |

So, if you give your pastor your first fruits of your possessions, then does that make him your Lord? If he is The Most High God then, bring him here so he can sensibly answer all the questions that they ask about him in this forum. Heavens only recognizes two kinds of people and not religion, those that have accepted Jesus as their Lord and savior and have a relationship with Him and those that have not. Whatever religion anyone belongs to do not change anything because God has revealed to us all His perfect will, so it is either we accept it or reject it, though there are consequences attached to our choices. The question follows again: What happened to the people who were around before Jesus? How are they saved if they did not know a Jesus nor had any idea about a Jesus? You do know that millions of people have died in the last 200 years that never heard of Jesus? They had no choice. So what are the consequences for them? Do they get to go directly to a heaven because they had no choice or do they go to a hell? Though i am blunt and its like i am not sensitive, sometimes i wish things are not just as straight forward like that for there are good people in this other believes that are sincere, but the truth is that God has revealed His way of salvation and our feelings can change nothing. How come Jesus who came to give life for ever more missed so many people that were dead before he came on the scene. How come God did not reveal "his" way of salvation to them? Does this not make Paul a liar, who said ..."who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth..." |

If you are a pastor, specially in Nigeria you should know that Islam is a descendant of Judaism. Another words, is a later version of Judaism (perhaps with some cultural practices of the time). In fact, stories in the Quran are found in earlier manuscripts which Christian reject as agnostics writings. But they were certainly around before the Quran came around. This is a fact. But don't trust me on this. If you have time, look it up. So, with this in mind, you should know that most of the precepts of the so called old testament are also found in the Quran, this is why the Muslim say that the Quran confirms the bible and the bible has been tampered with. Have you asked yourself why the Quran would confirm a book before it? That's right, because stuff that's in it is also in the book before it. Perhaps not exactly word for word or verbatim, but the the idea is similar of the same in some instances. What do I believe? I believe in the father. The one in whom Jesus talked about in the sermon in the mount. If you are indeed a pastor, you have read this many times. If you read carefully, you will see that he did not address color, creed, religion or any of that. He was dealing with men heart, the soul/spirit. The God I serve, I know. Is the God of Justice, Love, Wisdom. You can only know him if you have a pure heart. The father of the Christ. Yes!!! the one pure in heart that never read a bible in his life. Me and him have the same God. "Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God." My question to you is this: Do you believe that only a so called Christian is pure in heart? Thanks in advance. This is so sad. When asked if a jet was necessary, he play on the weak in wisdom by saying that how can he be efficient in overseeing the other churches. How come these intellectuals Christians don't tell him that these other churches already have pastors and that he does not have to travel there in a jet to oversee anything. However, The Bible says whoever preaches it is accursed.However, The Bible says whoever preaches it is accursed. This is one of the causes of problems for many 'so-called-believers' in Nigeria. The Bible also says to stone homosexual and adulturers and disrespectful children to death. Yes, the "so called believers" are not following the bible! It's just a a translation/compilation of books. In fact this compilation of books you call Almighty KJV is continually being revised. There are lots of verses that are in your Almighty KJV but if you look at the foot note those verses are omitted. Further more, the current KJV does not include the Apocrypha, books that were in the 1611 bible. When Hebrews 4:12 was written the KJV was not even compiled yet. So, the Almighty KJV was not Almighty then? It's just problems all the way. |

"Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice." Remember, the voice of the Christ is that of the father. Jesus was addressing the spirit of those men. Just as the spirit of of John was that of Elijah. Spirits cannot manifest without a flesh in this world. The Christ is a spirit of the father, "the son of his love" that came into the world as any other man. His name in this world was Jesus/Yahosua, born in Bethlehem, some people say he is God and so on...you know the story. But don't take my words for it. Check out what Jesus said: John 18:36 "...Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence..."
