Ability to influence and alter the future as I see fit. Manchester United would become the most successful and greatest football club in the planet, while Super Eagles would become the greatest national team in the planet. Nigerian football coaches would be revered and sought after across the globe. Etc. |
@Op, you couldn't tell Yoruba Christians and Igbo Christians apart even if your miserable life depends on it. I should know, cus I belong to both ethnic groups after all. On the other hand, Yoruba Muslims are quite different from Hausa/Fulani Muslims in the sense that they practise their faith peacefully as opposed to their violent northern counterparts. And what exactly did you meant by calling the Igbos your brothers, and then proceeded to diss them. ROSSIKE: As for my fellow Igbos - experts at cryingAre you on weeds? |
Dede1: Umu Igbo obi dimIt's not so difficult if you stick to one dialect you are very comfortable with, preferably Anambra dialectsa. O bu nani ha n' ASUU udi Igbo, Igbo gburugburu na aghota. |
@ Op, Sarcasm is the lowest form of humor, remember? There's a saying in Nigeria that goes thus; A questioner is never stu.pid. Think on that. |
Don't mind the haters @Op, your post gave me a good laugh joor. |
I would never allow my wife to do that even if she wants to. Apart from the embarrassment that would follow, it's utterly derogatory to the wifey. |
murtalaa: point of correction, sir. the former is African while the latter is Jewish (caucasian)Ignorance, Ignorance, Ignorance. Na wa oo! Abeg bros, no confuse tribalism with racism. Both of them no be the same thing at all. Racism is based mainly on colour discrimination, while tribalism is based on political and cultural differences. Next time you wan correct person., make una do your research wella, okay? |
REALITY101: Dude if we black folks start hitting everyone that shows off racism on us don't you think we gonna start world war everlasting? When I said Fight back, I meant it in a metaphoric way. Not actual hitting of people. This senseless act of colour discrimination will only lessen when and if we start speaking up against it with one voice. |
alaoeri: Don't mind them jare here on nairaland Igbos & Yorubas are always at loggerheads calling each other names, now they are quick to yab oyinbo because she called someone smelly abeg make una deal with una self b4 accusing outsider.Ignorance is a disease. Last time I checked, Yoruba and Igbo tribes belong to the same race. Or maybe one of them belongs to another race in your mind apparently. *SMH* |
musKeeto: Smelly. Nigerian. Hw the 4k is this racist? It's one thing to trade abuse with a person of the same race, and another thing to be called a niggah by a white person. Bottom line; It's not the same thing. |
First, It was Obasanjo, now this! Whose next? |
Good riddance! One less terrorist to worry about. |
Ajebo plays FIFA 13 on Ps3/Xbox 360/PC, while Kpako plays PES 13 on Ps2. . Ajebo coughs with style in public, while Kpako coughs with reckless abandon. . Ajebo communicates frequently in English, and doesn't know pidgin very well, Kpako on the other hand speaks pidgin like a native language, and doesn't really know the difference between it and the real Grammar. . Ajebo wears designer dresses and shoes, like Gucci, Armani and Tommy Hllfiger, while Kpako is more comfortable with "okrika" dresses and Aba made Shoes. . Ajebo rides in private vehicles or less crowded taxis, while Kpako doesn't know any other means of travelling except leggedis benz, molue/onu azu, or okada. |
obadiah777: THINK ABOUT WHAT EXACTLY ? ARE YOU AN ATHEIST ? ![]() ? |
obadiah777: QUESTION MY LIFE ? NAH. I GOT ALL THE ANSWERS IN THE GOOD BOOKYour reply made no sense at all. That poem of mine is suppose to make you to think, dude. So think! |

Oh tell me why Are the castles way up high. Please tell me why Do we build castles in the sky? Oh tell me why Are the castles way up high. |

Hassan9786: + when you're drunk, it makes you post nonsense on nlYup, that one too. Next? |
barefootbandit: Also, when you are drunk you can be stupid, and feel cool being stupid. Op are you sure you are not in this category?Don't mind if I am if it makes you happy; . Frostyzone: 3. It turns you into a comedian(temporarily). Anything else? |
It's a joke, dude. So lighten up, will you? |
1. Drunkeness gives you false courage Atleast, you can now stand up or rather sway up to that guy that is always pushing you around. . 2. It gives you false confidence Dat gal wey dey do shakara for una don jam rock today. . 3. It turns you into a comedian(temporarily) Whether people are laughing at you, or at what is pouring out of your mouth doesn't matter, atleast you are making others happy. . 4. It makes you conspicuous. You can now be noticed, however momentarily till it wears off. Then you can go back to your sober invisibility. . 5. Good way of prolongin your sorrow/grief. When something bad happens to you, and you want to forget, atleast for a while, getting drunk is the surest way to do so. What you don't know is that you are only prolonging the inevitable...but then who cares, right! . 6. Gives you immunity. A drunken person most often than not cannot be held responsible for his/her actions. . 7. By reading this thread! Read at your own risk! |
afam4eva: Is this in Nigeria?Your question is irrelevant, but to put your mind at rest, the answer is no. |
kandiikane: Truth? Abeg, park well. How again nah? |
kandiikane: So, are you telling me women these days should wear synthetic fibres which make the extentions look even more fake? You are still missing the point. Wearing cloths and putting an artificial hair on top of your hair are two completely different things. The former can be attributed to decency and vanity while the later can be attributed to vanity, and insecurity. Allow me to explain; When a man decides to adorn a trendy suit to an occasion, the first reason that would pop up in his mind, which is instinctive by-the-way, is to look good and presentable. A woman on the other hand wears a wig mainly because she's not confident in her natural looks, with is equal to insecurity. Now you may be asking, what's the difference. The difference is that the man wears the suit not because he's insecure of his looks - after all he may decide to wear a traditional attire instead and still look good - but, because that may be what is trending at that point in time. So in keeping with the fashion trend, he still manage to retain his identity. The woman meanwhile, wears the wig, not because it's trending or anything, but because it's now an integral part of her life. She cannot live without it anymore, thus her natural hair is forgotten. Her identity is completely lost. You said something about extension being worn all over the world. That's a big, fat lie. In south America, North Europe, East Asia, and Oceania, extension wearing is a myth. What's the point when they are blessed with natural lush hairs, unlike the black race. You can only find high concentration of people wearing extensions in North America and the Caribbean, only because of strong African presence in those geographical areas. White people do wear extensions, but not often as our race, and mostly on special circumstances. |
talk2me006: see disBut we dey the same side nah! |
You would have said Nigeria vs Barcelona, because almost all the barca MOFOS Will take to the field against the hapless super chickens. |
