Codes151:Can you explain a bit clearer? Not sure I understand your point. |
No crude pipeline, and the gas pipeline is a sub-sea one? Dangote is a genius. https://subseaworldnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Iran-India-Consider-Sea-of-Oman-Deepwater-Gas-Pipeline.jpg |
hmohammed:In his own words... MisterMetro: |
The timing of the launch is just too convenient. With Ambode, Osibanjo et al. being linked to this groundbreaking initiative that will not just permanently end fuel scarcity in Nigeria and crash the prices of PMS significantly due to sufficient supply, but will also earn Forex which will improve the health of the Naira through increased FX inflow; the 2019 APC campaign will be a piece of cake. This plant will create 135,000 direct jobs and 100,000 indirect jobs for Lagosians and other Nigerians, just as Lagos's rice plants in Kebbi State is also forecasted to create thousands of jobs for northerners. Furthermore still, these efforts are cementing the economic diversification drive of this government, and its absolutely joyful that not a single crude pipeline would be laid from the Niger Delta who will increasingly become irrelevant if they refuse to partake in this revolution and prefer to continue constituting a national nuisance. Nigeria's glory years beckon; thanks to the Fulani entrepreneurial powerhouse called Aliko Dangote. God bless Nigeria. |
Donluwy:With increase in supply of petrol, the price will naturally go down. Law of demand and supply. God bless these efforts. |
Venezuelans that produce 10x more than the ND are currently dying of hunger and starvation amidst oil. QED. Keep ranting, we will soon cure your minority sickness. God forbid the day that I and my entire lineage would be so lazy and daft to be the goose that lays the golden eggs but yet cannot process a single drop of my product or be significant player in its trade. You don't even know how pathetic you sound ![]() Ijaws are the national joke if you've not realized; the geniuses that believe the way to stop pollution is by blowing up pipes to spill more oil; and the best way to invite investors is by blowing up Onitsha and Lagos bridges . The leaked octane in your waters has really rewired your peoples brains mate . Izonpikin: |
Allah ya ja zamanin sarki. Long live the Emir of Kano. God Bless Nigeria. https://informationng.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/emir-of-kano.jpg |
sammft99:Wrong. Dangote has made it clear that he will import his crude at global prevailing prices. The ports and not pipelines. No investor has time for the rascality and insecurity of the Niger Delta. By 2018, Dangote will producing enough petrol, diesel, kerosene etc. to supply the entire nation's (including ND) demand and even have surplus for export to earn FX for the country. You are fast becoming irrelevant. Your desperation to attach the IB to Dangote's success is laughable, as if he could do anything to stop the Fulani entrepreneurial powerhouse . |
Feed my arze. Northern Nigeria has been the source of your meats, vegetables, cereals, grains etcetera since the age of your grandfathers yet you ungrateful kids come online to spew ignorant trash...abi can you drink oil or do you fish for tomatoes for your stew from your polluted creeks? Lmao. Regarding oil revenue, that is NIGERIAN oil (you remain lazy drunkards born above Nigerian oil rich land), go and alleviate your ignorance by reading the Land Use Act. Cry me a polluted river. Izonpikin: |
Rubbish why don't you drag him from the Presidential palace? And who are the people that invested their billions in exploration? NDeltans? Pure ignorance. You think its by sitting on your lazy ogogoro arzes that you can claim relevance? Silly minorities seeking undue relevance. Buhari will visit the ND when he chooses to, and not when drunk lazy terrorists want him to. Get that in your periwinkle stuffed skull. Nonsense. Izonpikin: |
The bright side of this development is that the security around the terrorist will be tightened and further reinforced. oloworulz:Wike and Fayose are patriotic geniuses for inviting Sherriff to navigate and breathe life into the dying party. #IStandWithSherriff |
You must take this really seriously .Congratulations to the winner. Off to base. scentmarlc: |
TheAziz:I've zoomed 12X and still cannot see what everyone is seeing. Think I'll just flip my screen over, it'll probably help ![]() |
Congratulations Ivyy. You are my winner. |
Charles Okah, a brother of Henry Okah, jailed leader of the Movement For The Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND), is still in prison, according to Francis Enobore, a spokesperson for the Nigerian Prison Service. SaharaReporters had reported earlier today that Mr. Okah was one of the escapees from Kuje Prison in Abuja. A prison inmate had informed SaharaReporters that Mr. Okah, who is on trial in Abuja for the 2010 Independence Day bombing that killed 27 people, escaped last night by simply scaling the prison walls of the prison around 7:30 p.m. Nigerian time. Our informant also added that Mr. Okah escaped along with another prison inmate. However, a prison source has clarified that the two men who escaped are Maxwell Ojukwu from Delta State and Solomon Amodu who is from Kogi State. The source added that the Nigerian Prison Service (NPS) had commenced a massive manhunt to find and re-arrest the two men. Charles Okah’s brother and MEND leader, Henry Okah, is serving a 24-year jail sentence in South Africa after he was convicted of masterminding terrorist activities in Nigeria. Mr. Enobore earlier confirmed the jailbreak to SaharaReporters, but said he was not yet aware of the identities of those involved. However, he told our correspondent that the NPS had begun an investigation to discover what happened. An inmate at the prison told SaharaReporters that security was unusually lax at the high-profile prison and that soldiers stationed outside the prison did not act when they were told of the escape. SaharaReporters learned that the escapees scaled a fence behind the church at the prison. One of our sources disclosed that the Comptroller General of the NPS and the Federal Capital Territory commander of the NPS visited the prison today. However, Mr. Okah’s whereabouts remained a mystery since several sources at the prison confirmed he had not been brought back to his cell. One inmate told SaharaReporters that there were rumors circulating that Mr. Okah was in the prison clinic. Another source at the prison said Mr. Okah was being interrogated to find out if he was involved in any way in the prison break. Prison spokesperson, Mr. Enobore, told SaharaReporters he was on his way to the prison in Kuje to ascertain things for himself before issuing a statement. http://saharareporters.com/2016/06/25/mends-charles-okah-still-custody-not-part-abuja-jail-break-nigeria-prison-service https://saharareporters.com/sites/default/files/styles/normal_medium/public/page_images/articles/2012/Charles-Okah.jpg?itok=FWj4gEEK |
Izonpikin:Your odious arrogance is the beginning of your downfall. You speak as if the Niger Delta does not benefit from other regions, or that Nigeria was never sustained by other regions resources before oil. Dangote knows exactly why he is not laying a single crude oil pipeline from the ND, and is opting to import and refine at prevailing global prices to satisfy our national demand with surplus for export. The fact that leadership failure led to Nigeria's over-reliance on oil does not give you a ticket to malign and speak derogatorily at other regions. |
KingOfAmebo:He should clear the allegations against him instead of launching baseless and fallacious attacks at the President and his family in order to cause a distraction. That gaffe alone robbed him of any credibility. |
The same people that threatened to assassinate him if he came to the ND just weeks ago, are now sending him an invite and expect him to honour it? We all feel the plight of the Delta. I and many other Nigerians want development and cleanup of the Delta because its only fair; but what will not be tolerated is blackmail and willful sabotage. Impossible. The initial demands of the terrorists is the number one thing that discredited their struggle from the onset, and robbed them of any credibility and sympathy from patriotic Nigerians nationwide. Release Kanu and Dasuki arbitrarily? They goofed big time. |
'Opposition' indeed.
|
We'd rather have no oppostion at all than have destructive and hypocritical 'opposition'. Fayose cannot be a looter and a good governance activist at the same time. He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. Opposition is not crying wolf where none exists; that exactly is the stock in trade of Fayose. |
jollymizzle:Those ones are busy blowing up their future, apparently they think they can blackmail the rest of the country. In the next few years when every other region is counting their blessings and celebrating their progress, we will remind them of their folly. In fact I just learnt today that the easiest way to invite investors is to blow up bridges. I marvel at their genius ![]() |
BABANGBALI:Its reciprocal. Its the same way Lagos invested in Rice plants in the North West. We are partners in progress. |
Dangote remains the greatest businessman in Nigerian history, and unarguably the most insightful. In the next three years, Aliko would be producing enough fuel to satisfy Nigeria's entire domestic demand, and export to earn FOREX. Very soon Nigeria's shame of being the 6th largest oil producer in the world that still imports fuel, will be wiped off along with the tears of millions of Nigerians that suffer on fuel queues; meanwhile some lazy buffoons are busy blowing themselves to pre-historic times while screaming 'awa oyel' ![]() Kudos Dangote, Arewa and Nigeria indeed are proud of you. |
eaglechild:According the the Book of Eaglechild Chapter 1 vs 0 right? Keep chasing shadows. |
Caseless:Na riga na kada maza. Aman sai ka gaya man abun dake tsakanin ku ![]() |
I Vote for Ivyy. Cc: NLJega |
eaglechild:Nope, its your comparison that is lame, the analogy remains robust. In the case of Scotland, it was already a country of its own (with Edinburgh as its capital) but is within the United Kingdom. There are four countries (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) which together make up the sovereign state of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland The South East is not a country of its own, but a region within Nigeria, which is why the entire country must vote for the referendum. If a country is to be disintegrated via a referendum, the majority of that country's voting population must vote in favour. QED. |
fckmn24seg: thomasthomas:They continue to depend on blatant lies and fraudulent claims to get their desires forgetting that Nigerians are not all stupid, which is why they continue to fail and wail. |
OneNaira6:Are you confused? Yet you want to compare the Nigerian situation to the Scottish referendum (which was following an agreement between the Scottish and the United Kingdom governments (Biafra and ND remain dream republics)) and the EU referendum which was carried out as a result of the MAJORITY of Brits demanding for it? There is no such thing as a Biafran because it never existed as a country. So Nigerians don't matter on issues of their country's break up ? You guys are never serious and that's why your dream republic continues to evade you. |
