am sure you know where all the bodies are buried in Lagos.........as we all can see the north is even worse in mendacious activity,we are currently exhuming magu's and malami's bodies......Nigeria has no excuse for marginalizing the parts of the nation that actually produces its wealth. case closed

With NDDC, Derivation, Dedicated Ministry etc. and billions of USD down the drain, anyone that claims they're marginalised are only fooling themselves.

They are marginalising themselves by themselves.

This is just beautiful.

At the end of the whole project, moving people and goods from Kano - Kaduna - Abuja - Lagos ports will be a piece of cake; decongesting roads, boosting trade, productivity, industry & industrialization. The future is bright for Nigeria.

Kudos to Amaechi & our darling daddy President Buhari.

So this man that posts hate speeches against anything Fulanis and Muslims can go and take a chieftaincy title from the same people? It's a shame to him and to those my Igbo brothers who dance and clap for him whenever he talks all those rubbish in the name of speaking for us against the Muslims and Fulanis. Most importantly, it's a bigger shame on the sultan who bestowed a chieftaincy title on a character like FFK. What a waste of a chieftaincy title.

Lol FFK actually praised the same RUGA that he has been condemning and demonising online.

Then he said he was there on a "bridge building mission" in Zamfara.

Meanwhile he has been fooling his dim witted ipob followers into burning critical bridges with the North, while he silently builds his own.

Smart in a very wicked, selfish way.

murtalaa:

“I came to Zamfara for bridge-building. I went around the state, I am impressed with the peace being restored and various infrastructural development”, he added.

He lauded RUGA and Airport projects initiated by the state government and expressed optimism, that the government would move the state forward.

Politics / Re: Anambra Traditional Rulers Restate Stand On Political Office Zoning (photos) by fulanimafia: 1:12pm On Jul 19, 2020
post=91866579:

The Anambra State Council of Traditional Rulers, ASTRC, has restated its stand on zoning of political offices, maintaining that the office of the Governor has been zoned to Anambra-South Senatorial zone for the 2021 gubernatorial election in the state.

The Royal Fathers disclosed this after deliberating on the zoning and rotation of political offices in Anambra state recently.

A communique signed and released by the Chairman of the Council and Obi of Onitsha, His Majesty, Obi Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe, emphasized that the decision of the Council was not new . "The decision we are taking today is not new", it stated.

The communique which was also signed by the Secretary of the Council, HRH, Igwe Pius Omachonu and Deputy Chairmen, HM Igwe Engr S.I. Okafor, HRH Igwe Col. Wisdom Onebune (rtd) and HRH Igwe E.C. Onyia, representing the Anambra Central, South and North Senatorial zones respectively, stated that the council's decision stemmed from a decision it took in 2017, "to enthrone and sustain in Anambra State, a political culture of all inclusive democracy, cost effective electioneering and peaceful, free, fair and credible elections".

The Council further reaffirmed its resolution "that it is the turn of Anambra-South Senatorial zone to produce the Governor of Anambra State for two (2) consecutive terms totalling eight (cool years".

It also affirmed that power will rotate to Anambra Central afterwards and then return to Anambra North for the same two (2) consecutive terms of eight (cool years respectively.

The communique referred to the resolution of the Traditional Rulers Council during its annual seminar in 2017 to confirm its position on zoning/rotation of the office of the Governor among the three senatorial zones of the state.

The communique was endorsed and assented to by Ndi Igwe Anambra from the three senatorial zones.

Let's be honest. The reason for his recognition is because he is from the north.
We have had many talents and inventions by southerners that never get a look.

Rubbish.

In these desperate times when there is a global shortage of ventilators and other medical equipment amidst the Pandemic, you think any inventor whether from the South or outer space, will not be given attention because of ethnic reasons?

Silly excuse for the inadequacy you feel that drove you to pen that illogical tripe, instead of commending and encouraging the young chap, knowing that one day even you or your loved ones could need his invention.

Kudos Usman, more grease to your elbow.
The improved modern designs are brilliant and there is always room for improvement.

Wish you more wins as you make Nigeria proud.

Look bro , let's stop playing around
Over 30% of farmers are scared of going to their farms, farmlands are being abandoned on a daily basis
The only reason there is a rail project is because China is handling the project, they even bring their staff.
For the past 30 years, I doubt our refineries has ever worked at 100% capacity.
Nigeria was created so the British protectorate called Northern Nigeria doesn't go under. It's in all the damn books written by the colonizers

1. Are there presently railways already built & in progress linking the North and South for trade and transportation?

2. Will it be a booster for any agro-economy?

3. Do we have dry ports in the North made possible due to the new railways?

Yes yes yes, even if being built by aliens cool

Definitely there are security challenges, but that has not stopped northern farmers from reaping bountiful harvests. That said, much is being done to contain the situation. The truth is that we're paying for poor leadership in the past that allowed the population to be unproductive and inevitably, destructive. The future is certainly brighter.

The Federal Government's focus is shifting towards agriculture, leaving most of the business of running refineries to the private sector led by Aliko Dangote, whose mega-refinery is capable of satisfying our national demand with surplus for export, earning us foreign exchange.

The North, or Nigeria indeed, isn't going under anytime soon, so I suggest you don't hold your breath wink.

All ethnic groups should be autonomous states or provinces and do their own thing and have border walls and toll booth entrance . The best system for Calabar & Cross river is Social Democracy(70%socialism/30%capitalism) , and only 20 percent non natives should be allowed to live in Calabar &Cross river. Others can overpopulate their place with 100 billion people and practice 100 percent capitalism as much as they please and that's their business.

What are you doing to make that possible?

I'm working within the framework of our extant laws and circumstances as the projection was for Nigeria and not any other non-existent autonomous state. However, I like your ideas regarding sustainability and think they should be applied across board.

Now I understand where your ignorance stems from.
Every developing/developed country has an economic agenda no matter what party takes power (remember Nigeria's fraudulent Vision 2020?) Of course implementation would vary from govt to govt.
Example, America's petrol dollar policy or Israel's policy to dominate the IT industry.
Now what is Nigeria's plan??
Not even a plan to provide electricity, you better wake up

You're mostly right, though I disagree that we lack a national economic plan. Have you studied the ERGP?

From the massive investment in the last 5 years in agriculture, to the establishment of institutions like NIRSAL and repositioning of the Exports Promotion Council (NEPC) among others, to the establishment of trade facilitation systems and infrastructure like the Gezawa Digital Agro-Exchange & building of railways across the country linking the North with the South, it is very clear that our national economic plan is deliberate & geared towards diversifying our economy towards agriculture and away from oil. This has been the policy thrust of this administration from the very beginning, and the positive results are already trickling in. Check out Nigeria's revenue profile over the past few years if you dispute this.

With food sufficiency, tremendous export capacity for raw materials, and a huge skilled & productive population; the sky is the limit if we plan and execute properly.

Very exciting prospect, one that however should prompt us to start preparing to make maximum use of the opportunities that are forecasted to emerge.

This means we must equip our rising population with skills and education to make them useful to the economy. We must use this data to plan future schools and healthcare centres, as we revamp the entire healthcare system. There will be increased rural - urban migration so our town planners and security architecture need to factor and prepare for these.

I'm glad at the progress we are making so far towards a sustainable agro-economy which will guarantee food sufficiency, and position the country to take advantage of strategic economic & political advantages that accompany such capacity in the near future.

In the next 50 years, global demand for fossil fuels would have greatly fallen as demand for skilled labour, food & raw materials rises, so if we get our agro-economic game right, we have a Dubai of opportunities awaiting us with proper planning and execution.

Nigeria will be Great!

The only solution to the mess in Nigeria is for all tribes to form their own nation. I cannot understand how a country like Croatia with 4 million people stands as a nation while the brilliant Yorubas with over 40 million people are been subjugated to serve the Fulani. I just don't get it

"Subjugation"?

Who were the SW serving, and who were the North serving from 99-2007 & 2010-2015? A total of 13 years?

No region has ruled longer the SW in this 4th Republic.

There is no subjugation here, only a figment of your imagination.
