His claim to a PhD is fraudulent, his bell prize was relatively minor and was obtained as part of a group, as far as the patent database knows, he has no patent applications awaiting approval. How else do you define fraud, or does tribe matter in that discussion? That he has managed to get away with his chicanery for so long does not make him any less of a fraud.
