With the little experience i had,i notice some relationship fire keeps going down at some point,not because they don't love themselves again but because they stopped doing what they did to win the guy/lady's heart. I wanna share some few things here and i hope it helps.

1. Think about why you got together.... When u re in a dire situation where ur relationship is falling,spend some time reflecting on what you like about him or her in the first place. Maybe she could always make u laugh or he made sure he calls to see if you gets home safely. Think abt the little things that you use to love about the other person

2. Make sure u re both open to change....If both of you are willing to learn and grow together, ur relationship can develop overtime into something better,correct ur mistakes and wake towards change.

3. Enjoy hobbies together..... Though tastes may change,you should make time to do something you use to love doing together,If you use to love cooking together,going to beach,try it again by doing this u will rekindle some of the old passion you felt,however u might also try something new.

4. Get physical....You need to remember to connect to each other through touch,not just sex. When u re together hold each hands,cuddle or hug,tough her arm while she is talking,rub his knee while you re sitting beside him,tough is very important in maintaining intimacy.

5. Apply love languages....Try to use love languages to show that you care,if you know you partner love language is time,spend time with him or her to keep the fire burning.

6. Don't forget ur maker...Since you started with God, pray and fast fervently for ur urself, ur partner and the relationship when things start falling apart. Remember you cant slay life challenges but ur prayers can always make things right.
