It is best to evaluate your highest certificate with WES. If you have two certificates, evaluate the higher one with Wes so you pay once.

I appreciate your input, it doesn’t work like this for HND, I need to send both to get two or more certificates

The receipt will show deadline of 3 days but it does not matter.
