I've been in love with my friend's sister for a year now, the whole family are cool with me. I and the girl has been so close , we fight, settle, she apologizes immediately when she's wrong, I do too , when we're together there's no boring moments as she keeps creating funny jokes and discussions even if I'm out of words.

This is one girl that understands my kinda person and I do understand her too

Masari and okupe are legal running mates of their parties recognized by inec, it will take legal process which involves them writing to inec if someone else is going to replace them, cause both of them are alive ,if they were dead inec won't request a withdrawal letter from dead people but they are alive and must write it.

What I'm saying is the Flagbearer has all the power to replace his "Placeholder" until the deadline set by law and INEC. The letter of replacement will come directly from the Flagbearer not "Placeholder"

This is where you're getting it wrong. It's not the placeholder that'll write INEC that he's withdrawing. For now the flagbearer still has power to write INEC that he's replacing his/her "placeholder". The running mate only has power after the deadline provided by INEC to replace a running mate. And this can be as a result of death, illness or any other thing, anytime between the deadline given to the flagbearer and the election.
