A tug should have been used to push the plane to the door where passengers would board the plane but I guess it's not available....that plane is not faulty

I'm not really someone who listens to what people say but I just want to share this so that y'all can air your views.

I'm a young girl, 23 and an orphan, dropped out of school and came to Lagos to make ends meet. When I first came to Lagos, I stayed with a married female cousin of mine, along the line, the husband started making advances to me which I politely declined. He got angry and told his wife to throw me out of the house, and yes she did.

I was thrown out of the house without anywhere to go and as someone who has survived losing both parents at such a young age, I literally lived and survived in the streets. Did all sorts of menial jobs, hawked purewater, soft drinks, worked in a bar and all that before I finally got an apartment.

The story isn't quite necessary but when I get talking with people and I tell them that I stay alone, next thing I'll hear is "you're too young to stay alone... it's not a good idea...blah blah blah. Some older woman even told me to go back to my cousin's house and beg them so I can continue staying with them, another told me that it's better I stay with my boyfriend than staying alone.

I really don't understand all these talks, like despite all I've been through, isn't staying alone the best option? Or is there something wrong with staying alone as a single young lady?

It’s not bad to stay alone but a lot of landlords are scared when single ladies stay alone for reasons ranging from them not sure of who to inform if anything bad happens to you , bringing in a lot of men to visit you etc. just try and probably bond with a church , so we’ll meaning elders from church could stand as a parent figure to you Incase of anything.

I employed this 21years old lady last year as a sales rep. At resumption to work she appeard so decent and godly always With her Bible and Sunday school manual. I was really impressed by her spiritual and respectful nature. This made me treat her different from others. I buy her things and sometimes gives her money and always discuss her good life style with my wife. But what amazed me was that my wife was so indifferent about her each time I discuss her my wife will quickly change the topic. I thought, well woman with their naughty behavior towards other women.

Fast forward to June first this year her phone was stolen and I have a phone in office that I allow them access to incase their phone is off I can easily reach them through it. This faithful day, I tried to access my Facebook account using the office phone and found out that this same lady had used it but forget to logout. Well, I knew it was wrong to check her inbox but all the same I did.

After checking her inbox I couldn't sleep all night. I found out that she is having unprotected sex with 5 guys each guy per Sunday and she just did an abortion March this year the very day she told me that she was sick and can't make it to work and she wasn't sure who among the guys that impregnated her. I also found out that she had missed her period again and trying to hang it on one of the boys. The amazing thing is that non of these guys suspects her, they all believe she is a faithful girl friend.

I have thought of relieving her of her job, but my wife is asking me what should I give as reasons. But the truth is that I had never winessed such a wayward life before. If I pretend as though I know nothing she will eventually commit another abortion and continue with such life which is very dangerous at her age. What if she is my own daughter?

Please with due respect, I went to a federal university and I stayed in the hostel for 5 years , I had access to the facilities very well and I can tell you that even the oldest hostel in my school is very conducive for nature’s call and other buildings and environment are kept clean everyday.They mow the lawn every 4weeks, If you mess up the toilet or the environment, you get penalized when caught cos there are people put in place to ensure that things are in place.

Imagine in a modern era, we still talk about such things as bed bugs, mites infestation (sweetie as they call it), they have it all!

Students would spread their mattresses outside in the sun just before going for lectures in order to drive away bed bugs.

And then one foolish person here, stated that my sister is not intelligent that’s why she wasn’t taken. She even scored higher than that her friend that is in UNN but the girl got admitted, my sister got admitted into another school and she is in her finals. Imagine my sister got admission into that school, I won’t doubt that she would change school cos of her health challenge

I've been to the uni and I can confirm that the OP is 100% correct with the pictures. He didn't manufacture them.

Those hostels are breeding grounds for diseases, the toilets are so sick, students go to nearby bushes to answer the call of nature.
And believe it or not, students still pay to occupy those dilapidated hostels you see right there..

Rampant stealing and cultism are a story for another day.

My younger sister’s friend came back from this school sick after first semester, she complained of bed bugs with wounds on her body , mosquitoes and bad water. How can someone study well while battling his/her health
