Culture; growth of Klebsiella after incubation at 37c.

Have also done variococele which concluded left side variocele(grade II).

Please advice from your experience

His Motility and Morphology are low but it's not a dead end. All other parameters are ok. Infact am surprised at his volume seeing that he has Varicocele and an infection. He
should get the infection treated and you should also do a Vaginal Swab to check for infection and both of you should be treated simultaneously to completely wipe the infection away from your home. During treatment, even if you're ovulating, please don't BD, if you must have intercourse please use condom. This will ensure co posts treatment and no reinfection so that you both won't be sharing the infection up and down between yourselves. Also disinfect your panties and his boxers after washing during and after treatment. Just soak in water with bleach added or disinfectants like Dettol, Savlon, Ivy etc

As for Varicocele, the only treatment is surgery and it's recommended if the man is in serious pains and/or the sper.m count is too low or almost zero. there is no guarantee that you'll see an improvement in spe.rm values after a Varicocele surgery. It works greatly for some, while it does nothing for others and for some others it worsens their Spe.rm woes. My period had being acting strange this day( from three month back)
It started with non stop flow for over two weeks(jection to stop the flow) the month after , it came at the extact date am expecting it but with a very low flow, then after the third day, it started rushing for like four days( making total of seven days) then back to low flow which lasted for like another one week)
This month of july came 5th with just a little flow and sice then have not see any flow but rather a very dark thing discharge in form of blood and ever since I took my bath to look clean up till now have not seen any physcal signb of me seeing period. But I still feel in my period those sign that shows am on my period, but no blood as eveidence.
Pls my heart is troouble considering my age( 32years) and no child yet.

Note: I do have a little water discharge in my bossom ( which started like 5 years back)
Have being to a genearal hopital as regard it, the gyco doctor who attended to me told me not to be border that since am nt yet married their is no much that could be done to correct it.

Sorry you're going through this. It feels like you have some imbalances going on. My suggestion will be to do a hormonal assay on Day 3 of your period to see what's going on and also a scan to check for follicles and follicles size to rule out PCO(S). What you can do in the interim is to start taking Vit B6 and eating lots of Cabbage + Omega 3,6,9. If you can also eat steamed plain Ewedu Leaves. It will help to regulate your hormones and the fluid coming out from your Bossom. Stay away from Sugar and refined Carbs. They're no good. Meanwhile you can do a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy in all of this.

Remove age from your mind, lest you age older than your age and even add more to your ttc woes. Lots of women get preggy at your age and even at 40+. Believe me if we do an age poll here like everybody should post their age, you'll find out that you have lots of age mates and also ladies here who are older than you. Am not saying completely relax and do nothing or don't worry, all am saying is worry just a little which would be enough to push you to do what is necessary to achieve your goal. Anything beyond that won't help but just might worsen issues.

Sounds like stress and hormonal imbalance. I'll suggest that while she's taking the Lemon, she should include Vitamin B6 and Omega 3,6,9. She should go for Omega 3,6,9 that has Evening Primrose as part of the ingredient. She should also take plenty of water. I'll share my post on all the things that help with Wetness and I'll advise she keeps trying different ones until she finds what works for her.

She should also cut out carbs from her diet most especially Sugar and refined Flour. They cause acidity and dry up CM. Tell her to cheer up cos depression ain't going to help. Please whatever she does let her include Vit B6 in her regimen it will help her a lot in stress relief, EWCM and also lift her mood.

Please let her also make and take this drink, it aids Fertility and Kpekusing for both Male and Female. A juice made out of Tiger Nuts (Aya,Ofio,Aki Awusa) + Coconut + Dates (Dabino). All values in your Husband's SFA is very OK.

For yours, you didn't include the lab values for comparison because each lab has their own comparative values but I'll just us the general/popular values to analyse.

FSH is under 6 meaning you still have an excellent Ovarian reserve.

Your LH to FSH ratio is closer to 1:1 which shows that it's unlikely that you have PCOS but your LH is higher than your FSH which shows that perhaps you have PCOS. My advice is that you do a scan to check and measure your follicles very close to Ovulation time. This will help show if you have PCO(S) or not.

Prolactin is on the high side of normal. Normal range is less than 24. My suggestion is that you start taking at least 50mg Vitamin B6 daily, eat lots of Cabbage and drink enough water during the day. Mamas here have testified to the Vit B6 and Cabbage. It should help to bring the Prolactin lower and keep it in check. High Prolactin suppresses Ovulation and is usually present in PCOS women.

Overall you have a good result, just try to do the check and take the Vit and Cabbage.

Pregnitude is a combo of Myo-Insositol (2000mg) and Folic Acid (200mcg).

Apart from the cost factor , I went for the plain Myo-Inositol powder because am avoiding Folic Acid Supplementation. Folic Acid supplementation is not good for women with Fibroids. Sis, you're within the healthy BMI range although on the high side of healthy. Overweight BMI starts from 25.0 you can just check a BMI Calculator to know the weight range that will tip you into overweight so that you can be cautious and careful. But you must also know that BMI does not give a true picture because it doesn't take into consideration your Body Fat%, Muscle %, Water % etc that make up the total weight which is more important. The best thing to go with is measurements and dress size where you don't have a Scale or a way of determining your % body compositions. A dress size of 12-10 UK sizing is pretty Ok to me although there's no harm in being a perfect Size 8/10 UK. Am sure you'll be able to lose a few more/maintain if you just go low carb. Carbs are evil.

ThankGod d surgery light get backup. But d devil thought dat wasnt enough, dat went out also. D white doctor had to ask d nurses to get a phone for him.
My people, i was bin operated on with phone. Baby came out still no light. Devil made sure d generators packed up dat night. Light came on shortly after buh my breathing wasnt fine at all. Oxygen was turned on to the highest but i still felt i was choking. Could breathe, talk nor swallow. I refused to gv up. I kept on praying "i shall live, i shall not die" and with the strong thought dat i must train my kids, kept me alive.

After d baby came out, serious bleeding started. Everything to control it proved abortive. D doc had to send for another white doc to come and assist. His exact words were "pls call Dr Eduardo, some1 is dying on my table". I still held on to d fact dat i was going nowhere. D first blood ws transfused immediately under high pressure sef. Another blood was requested immediately.
After every, surgery took 3hrs plus, 3pints of blood and baby came out 4. 4kg. To God b d Glory.

100% possible. In fact most Gynaes and Fertility Specialists will immediately place you on antibiotics before starting any other thing whether you test positive for Infections or not. Lots of women get pregnant after treating infections. @ Sugah got pregnant after undergoing a 24day antibiotics course which she shared with us here on the thread. She's the one person that comes to mind now Am sure there are several other Mamas here that might have gotten their bfps in the cycle they treated infection. My Dr's protocol is even intravenous antibiotics injections for 21days for the couple. Me and my husband hear am.

Please ensure you and your husband gets treated simultaneously and no BD or BD with protection during treatment. Also disinfect your panties and your Hubby's boxers with either bleach or disinfectant liquids like Dettol, Savlon, Ivy etc

The values you posted are within the normal range. 50% Motility is a good value and in his case it's very good because of the count. What it translates to is 20million Motile Sper.m when some people actually have a total count of 20million and Motility of 50% which would mean just 10million Motile sper.m.

I'll suggest you follow the recommended dosage on the bottles of both Ecoslim and Mason Fat Burner. I've never used Ecoslim but Mason Fat Burner is 2 Capsules 3x daily after each meal.

Thanks @fvine 4 d detailed explanation. I'm presently on Guifebao and I have done hsg as well. My tubes r okay. As a matter of fact, all d fertility test I did proved me okay.

So no need for it then. "Don't fix it if it ain't broken" I believe what you're seeing is the seminal fluid which contains dirts etc that normally flows out of every woman after intercourse. If you're too worried, you can try the old wives tale of raising up your leg supported by putting a pillow under your bum and staying that way for about 30mins. Although what my Dr recommends is to lie down on your side either left or right for as long as possible he says it works better than the raised bum one. Do you have a good luteal phase? Has your husband been tested? If no issues on his side, then just relax and pray for it surely will happen. If not let him get tested since you've been confirmed ok all round.

I was told 2 to wash my veejay with the soap every morning. I'm having a feeling it's isn't healthy 2 do dat cos of infection. Pls mamas advise me.

Welcome to the thread as a posting member. It's not abnormal to have some fluid come out after intercourse. The sper.m cells are housed and transported in the seminal fluid and after Ejaculation, the spermies swim up while the fluid flows out gradually. The only problem is when everything both spermies and fluid flows out completely which can't even be determined 100% with the naked eye. Have you done a HSG before to be sure that your tubes are open? I'll rather you use something like Clean Point Tampon or Guaifebao to cleanse as they are also known to open up tubes and cleanse the Uterus.

Am not saying the Soap you have is not effective just that I know nothing about it. I can only speak for what I know. Besides Gynaes and Fertility Specialists advises against using Soap to wash the Veejay. It has its own disadvantages. Take care.
