The pain was out of this world..
Result was inconclusive...no spill was observed..and the doc suspected spasm n blockage...they said i shud come back again during the wk for another hsg...foc.
But the pain no b here..was wailing like a baby..not sure i wud go back again.

Yes you can combine Ecoslim with Mason Fat Burner.

Just curious, what requirements of the Egg fast are ou talking about? All you require are Eggs and Mayonnaise or Eggs and Real Butter or Eggs and Coconut Oil or Eggs and Olive Oil. ou just go with any of the Fat (Mayonnaise, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil or Real Butter that you prefer) you can also mix and match the fats. just keep to the ratio.

Am sorry Sis but it seems you have a diminished Ovarian reserve. What says your Dr? Ultimately you should follow his interpretation. In any case, supplements that contains Inositol or Myo-Inositol would help. Availabale in Nigeria is Ovaboost. Other popular brands online is plain Myo-Inositol Powder, Myo-inositol capsules by Fairhaven, there are also several inositol powders and Capsules by different Pharm Companies online (ebay, amazon, mall for Africa etc) You should also try the Bitter Leaf and Garlic Protocol shared by @ Beningnasweety.

Ratio of LH to FSH is close to 1: 1 so there's no indication of PCOS

Progesterone: An elevated level on CD 3 can mean that you had a short luteal phase and lower chance of pregnancy. You can correct this by taking Vit B6 at least. Some Dr's may also recommend Progesterone Supplement if the cycle is medicated with either Oral Ovulation stimulation drugs or injectables.

TT: Your TT value is ok.

Above all, hand over all your report and all you do or take for TTC to God, he has the final say over all medical reports. He defies all knowledge and wisdom in his doings.

I just realized that my lengthy reply posted in the morning didn't go through so I'll try to retype

FSH: Is used to gauge Ovarian reserve. Below 6 is considered Excellent, 6-9 = Good,, 9-10 is fair and 10-13 is diminished reserve. Your Level of 8.0 indicates a good Ovarian Reserve

LH: A normal LH Level is similar to FSH, Also the ratio of LH to FSH if closer to 1:1 is good, a level higher than FSH is an indication of PCOS. Scan should be done for further diagnosis. Your LH is 4.3 and its ratio to FSH is quite close to 1:1 which suggests that you don't have PCOS.

PRL (Prolactin) - An elevated level affects ovulation. Your level of 15 is on the high side of normal. I'll suggest you start taking Vit B6 at least 50mg, Eat lots of Cabbage and plain Steamed Ewedu just to keep the levels in check and avoid it going over to the abnormal range.

Progesterone: A high Day 3 Progesterone indicates a Luteal Phase defect. This can be corrected by Vit B6. Your levels (0.2) is normal meaning that you have a good Luteal Phase.

E2: Abnormally high levels on Day 3 shows that there could be a Functional Cyst or diminished Ovarian Reserve. Your level (94) is within the normal so you don't have a Cyst and also have good ovarian reserve.

TT: is also within normal range.

Congrats on a good Hormonal test. May God translate this into your desired end goal of a healthy baby/babies, Amen.

Vit B6 lengthens luteal phase which will in turn lengthen a cycle. I pray its caused by pregnancy though, Amen. so confirm that you ain't pregnant. You don't need to stop the Vit B6 now. If you're not pregnant, after a few days of being late, AF will still show by itself. You cracked me up with "begin find black goat" It suggests to me that you're Igbo. Dostinex is for high Prolactin and not general hormonal imbalance.

Please confirm if all the tests were done on CD 3 to enable give a good interpretation. @ legendsmother dis a good job but I might beg to differ with her on some of the parameters like her Progesterone interpretation depending on when the tests were done.

For now, all I can say is that all values are within range which is good. I'll give further detailed and individual interpretation once you confirm what CDs the tests were done.

I concur with @ Redeemed. Your body is still settling down. My AF was also wonky until the 3rd AF after Myomectomy. I no longer have the very heavy and painful AF. My CD2 is still somewhat heavy but that's being caused by PCOS. I've since had a better AF and better life after Myomectomy. Those Fibroids can cause lots of imbalances in the body mehn. Congrats on being Fibroid Free and happy recovery. When are you cleared to conceive?

Sorry Dear just follow your Dr's instruction. Let them do the Pelvic Scan and then go ahead with the HSG if necessary and then take it up from there. Abeg no go the depression route oh, that thing na big shit mehn. I thank God for pulling me out before I went too South. Me I know we'll conceive, it's just a question of time which is just not revealed to us. Take care.

So, I just reminded dh to take his fertlisan m powdered drink, and he said I should bring it for him, then also added that he dosent know if the drink is the reason he is having thyphoid that refuses to go. That he is getting tired of taking the supp.
I just snapped at him that I just did a pt (am on cd22) and it was bfn, and that am expecting af. Which means this month didn't work. that if he abandons this supplement like those others, that I am done trying. As in finito. Which ever he wants it, let it be. Nne am sure most of us here can relate. Men generally don't like drugs. I have to use all manner of tactics to get my hubby to take anything. Sometimes petting, other times emotional blackmail like "it's not fair bla boa bla", sometimes outright shouting, it all depends on what I feel will work at that moment. Am glad he apologized and eventually took it. Just keep working on it and may God crown all your efforts soon with a healthy bfp, Amen.

How many periods have you had since after the Ovumine cycle? Do you have PCOS? Just trying to gain an insight as to what the problem could be. You can try taking Pineapple (eat the strong middle part too) once you get your AF to help you bleed all out, taking Ginger Tea during AF should also help. But please give me further details as per questions asked to help me to make more helpful suggestions. Take care.

Mehn, the cry I cried two nights ago brought sickness ooo. AF come join yesterday on top. My husband is the greatest problem I have now. I told u pple already how he follows his family all around. I'm secondary in his agenda. I'm pushing for our relocation and I don't want to care how God does it, but I'm sure He will do it before the year runs out. Abeg make una join me pray that he should help us realize money for our relocation. As him no get naa, they make decision for him and if he brings it to me and I said I'm not in, he says I shd stay behind, he is joining them. Now he presents himself as an obedient son while I'm an evil daughter in law. Can u imagine on top TTC stress, PIL always wanting to organize activities in the village and want to drag us along? Hubby isn't the only son ooo but 1st. including FIL three other grown ups, their r 6 grown ups as in btw 24, 26-38 years staying in same house. He controls all of them. I no blame hubby, if they allowed me to do in-depth dating, would have noticed this controlling spirit wovering in his house. Told hubby how we r now another family, we should build our home, as if it falls on deaf ears. Last night, I came back early cos of my illness, hubby told me how FIL said we r going to have a night prayer and embark on a village trip today to organize another village family prayer. After that, on a certain date, we will be in the village for a week or more for one church show where he will display himself like a king.

I tire Abeg. I cried so much because after the last village trip in March, I begged hubby to reduce exposing us to this village people. We have no achievement to show. They will all be stirring on my tommy. He didn't listen to me. He has been following his parents in their car this past week for activities. When will all this change? Is he pushing me to go out and be pregnant? Maybe they would regard me then. I'm so tired. That night I cried. I talked to God like He was right there before me. I challenged Him. Yes I did. But the next day, he continued his attitude.

I don't know any in Okota. In Ikorodu - Ajayi Medical Centre, a friend and colleague has used there twice for Cerclage, her daughter and a second pregnancy she's carrying now, 1st she paid N120k and this time around she paid N 90k

I can also recommend Sonex Hospital Olodi-Apapa, Dr Okeke Cosmos Emeka (08033018346) - . It's Sonex Hospital and Fertility Centre at No 3 Emorsi Street, Olodi-Apapa, off Idewu Street. No idea how much it would cost. But you can call the Dr to find out. I just know that the Dr knows his Onions as per Fertility, Obstetrics/Gynaecology.

That's a sure sign. I'll suggest you at least try treating with alternative means which is eating lots of Cabbage, Vit B6 and Steamed Ewedu.
