Hope people will not start accussing people wrongly in order to claim the money.
So much unployment and hardship in Nigeria...will not be surprised to hear false claims.

It's a miracle, this man had better go to church for thanksgiving.

The entire developed/civilized world feels emotional investment means a lot and helps partners perform better which is why it decided to make it law that when a union/marriage is dissolved, the well-to-do partner settles the less bouyant partner.

But some eeeeediots in here (who have not even achieved any greatness) think they are smarter than the entire developed world; they claim emotional investment in a relationship means nothing thus should not be factored in while settling the partner.

Such thinking is why Nigeria is still underdeveloped; such mindset can only bring retrogression. Too many selfish intellectually bankrupt nitwits in the same room can only lead south. The likes of sagamite and dayokanu in our political and business fields is why Nigeria is where it is today.

Is it right for public office holders to take oath of office during the swearing-in ceremony using the Bible or for the Bible to be used to swear in court?

The Bible is very clear on this:

James 5:12 "But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation."

Matt. 5: 33-37
33 Again, ye have heard that it hath
been said by them of old time, Thou
shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt
perform unto the Lord thine oaths:
34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all;
neither by heaven; for it is God's
throne: 35 Nor by the earth; for it is
his footstool: neither by Jerusalem;

So swearing is evil before God and leads to condemnation. It MAY lead you to hell so please refrain from it while taking oath of office or in court.
