i hardly see a 9ja man shake thelegs but malaysian men do it all the time. I guess its a bad male habbit. . . I shake my legs too cause when i was young, i always wanted to be a boy so i tend to follow whatever my father and brother does. . . one of it is to shake the legs and than soon it became a habbit. Now I love being a female so I dont shake them but at times when Im at home and not noticing it, I tend toshake at times.

Poster, the last time i did not have my period for 2 months, i started chnging my eating habbits.I ate more fis and vegetables and fruits and less meat and oily stuff and I started exercising 3 times a week,. I do joging and breeze walking and skipping. and after that m\i got back my norml period flow.

and than I went back tomy normal diet and i did not get my periodfor 1 month. I went to the pharmacy and took primrose oil (its to stabilize the hormones). and now its ok again.
