Thanks a lot for the feedback. I keep wondering if there is still enough time before resumption. I have been receiving interestingly hot mails from lecturers as they want us to hit the ground running grin

, on the otherhand, CDHC has kept me in the cooler. What an irony! sad

if the tuition funds are readily available, you may do a usd bank draft for international clearing in the name of the school and submit to CDHC to with prepaid courier pack send at the appropriate time. Your uncle may also get CAD draft for the tuition from his bank and send to you to submit at CDHC for them to forward to school.
The VO may be trying to protect you by ensuring you enroll upon arrival. It's up to you to think outside the box and drop the ball in the court of cdhc! Na fees? Oya take the draft with prepaid UPS envelope (besides they deal with UPS so they don't need to step out of their office to post it).

my school contact the embassy May 10 and send Payment Confirmation to the embassy, i was also send copy of the mail and the Confirmation letter that was send to the embassy, i submitted may 2, no respond form the embassy till date, Confirmation form School to embassy do not take up to 5 working days to confirm.

Please what stage are you? Pre-meds or you've done meds?

I was at VFS this morningto receive my package and its a medical call.

It had instructions to go for medicals only. I am not on scholarship, though I had paid a pre-registration deposit of $2500.

Meanwhile, I av not gotten the medical instructions email from CDHC. Still waiting for the mail . If I don't get it by end of today, I'm going to CDHC tomoRrow.

Don't think you need the e-mail. I believe it's just a notification to let you know you have to go to get your meds invite from VFS. You now have the more important doc so forge AHEAD without looking back too much. I think the e-mail is a way of making sure meds invite are not left hanging in VFS as a result of delay in updating status by VFS or people not checking their status online regularly. Guys, please advise.

ancient1: Dude, If you were not instructed to pay tuition better for you, do not worry yourself about paying it now then. Think of it this way...if you did not know about this thread, would you be worrying yourself about this? This thread is very helpful but you need to be wise enough not let it confuse you.

Fhemmmy: My brother, i tire oh . . . Some question, i have no idea how to respond to them, your attention is needed and now we looking under the couch and cupboard for mail.

Abeg no blame am. When you combine "joyousness" + " over information" it understandably results to temporary confusion.

An interesting example is my friend on this forum who went to challenge them at CDHC for his letter of introduction to be handed over to immigration upon arrival. As per his predecessors on the thread all got such docs he was convinced he was well informed notwitstanding the fact that perhaps the electronically transmited info is now ok and it may also be a cost cutting measure.

We have seen so much counterfeit here that we approach everything with suspicion. Eyes, ears, mouth and even nose wide open. We receive fraudulent text messages everyday that we have hit the jackpot. The fellow just wanna be sure it's d real deal before rolling out the drums.

I pray for my own moment of such confusion sha and trust we will continue to accomodate the temporary "kolo mental" moment with grace.

Not compulsory though these days the mail comes oftentimes ahead. Have you checked your mail box as well as your SPAM Box? Perhaps it came earlier sef but dropped in your spam mailbox

kjbobo: We should very soon but d challenge is.....the medical call-ups are becoming erratic not sequential...so its difficult tracing with dates anymore...I have news of May 2nd...about 3 call-ups for May 7th...we saw 15th yesterday and my friend that applied through paper in June(did medicals last year) got TRV yesterday...
I dey "stalk" you seriously cos I know we have the same date...lol!
