Barcholder:
That price is high in comparison to what? It's 80% cheaper than running your generator, not including generator maintenance costs. It's by far the cheapest form of energy in Nigeria, even cheaper than PHCN on a cost per KW basis.

With respect sir, I don't think its expensive at all. We have to finance the cost of the entire system, carry out all maintenance work forever, including change of batteries when due. We have to be able to recoup our costs over time, whilst continuing to offer a top level service.

Regards

Uvie
How frequently is a generator maintained and what is the annual maintenance cost?

How can this be cheaper than generator and PHCN?

$100 per month on electricity and you are saying it is the cheapest?
Technology Market › Re: Alternative Fuel For Your Generator by Gamesmart: 3:02pm On Jul 07, 2016
victoryconcepts:
It all depends on the consumption rate and the capacity of your generator, for generators within the range of 2 to 3kva, the average consumption to a 12.5kg gas cylinder is between 28 to 35hrs, some do take up to 48hrs. For generators within the range of 4.5kva upwards the average consumption rate is between 12 to 15hrs, but it can be more depending on the consumption rate of your generator.
What KVA level for a generator is required to carry a 3-bed house with a fridge, freezer, TV, fans, all lights, washing machine and 3 air-conditioners?

Even a bank executive director can own a house in maitama so why cant a general or better COAS ? Stop talking like a kid.

Some people's monthly salary is N5m..

Some who havent collected a single month salary in their lives will come online to insult a man who served for 35 years in the army or Diezanni who served as a SHELL director for owning Jewellery.

Why do people reason this way ? If you are poor, not everybody is..
You are a fool! Do you know the salary of a general?

Why are you comparing it to that of a bank ED? And your foolish self is the wondering how people reason.

I pity Nigeria youths, so for someone who is working for over 25yrs can't have up to 40M in his or her account? Smh! Or he has no right to engage in other businesses? Only lazy people ask such questions.
These are the kind of fools that defend corrupt people.

That is why a career civil servant who worked as a lecturer before being made deputy governor and then governor, Goodluck Jonathan, could declare he was worth N293m when he became VP. Mostly from his "investments and gifts", not his crooked looting after he hit "one chance" as governor.

Now that same dumb crook has destroyed the economy with his looting and the looting he allowed.

Is it not the same Nigeria that we just learnt only 1% have over N500K in savings? Those in the 99% have not worked for 25 years?

It is only when you work for in government position that your "business brain" is effective?

Can you tell us what business of Ojuawo you know off? Or one of Goodluck Jonathan since they are the "super-business men" that can make money from "private business" that we just don't know about.

With 50% of Nigerians being farmers and 60 percent living in rural areas (villages) and settlements, I believe you are talking trash and still maintain that 85% of Nigerians are not involved in the corruption that is being branded against Nigeria by the West hence should be defended by the President. Mind you morality is negotiable depending on societal values.

If majority of people around you are corrupt (stealing, cheating and embezzlement of public funds) then it isn't so in my social circle where integrity and honesty are valued and respected.
And where did I say 85% of Nigerians are involved in corruption?

You don't understand English? Those in your social circle don't speak it?

You have too be able to grasp basic English before I can engage with you.

Well boss the truth is I appreciate your effort towards getting me banned and alongside my links removed...!

I consider it as an act of help and not the other way round...by getting me banned you're then pushing me to think outside the box which is good for business!!

I'm sorry honestly!!! With my incessant annoying posts and all! I'm really sorry!

Only wanted a headstart with nairaland and then I'll move over to Facebook ads by next month, its a new blog and I need all the help I can get including yours...!!!

I didnt mean to piss you and other NL members off!!
I'm really sorry!!!
Now this is a profoundly surprising and enlightened response. Well done!

My advise to you if you want to succeed in business is to continue with this mindset and never think deceiving/lying to your customers is a good way of building a business.

If you had actually had more pictures on your site about a subject/issue, rather than what was already posted on NL, I would not have reported you and would have tolerated your hustle.

Another advise is to build your network of sources or go on the streets yourself and get interesting information. When you post it on your site, make sure you have the functionality of it not being copy-and-paste-able, so no one can lift it and take it to another site. That is how you can drive traffic small-small to your site.

If you think a strategy of lying to your customers would make you successful, then you are a fool.

I have been taken pleasure in reporting your posts so all your links are hidden. Let hunger wire your life!

Go and learn a honest strategy of ingenuously attracting customers and stop being a senseless, lazy, lying bum.

Atigba:
REMEMBER.....
As long the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. Although there WILL be Islamic attacks..
United States -- Muslim 0.6%
Australia -- Muslim 1.5%
Canada -- Muslim 1.9%
China -- Muslim 1.8%
Italy -- Muslim 1.5%
Norway -- Muslim 1.8%
At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. There will be MORE attacks at this level
This is happening in:
Denmark -- Muslim 2%
Germany -- Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom -- Muslim 2.7%
Spain -- Muslim 4%
Thailand -- Muslim 4.6%
From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves -- along with threats for failure to comply. There will now be a level of fear from the natural population towards muslims This is occurring in:
France -- Muslim 8%
Philippines -- 5%
Sweden -- Muslim 5%
Switzerland -- Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands -- Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad & Tobago -- Muslim 5.8%
At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.
When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris , we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam , with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections, in: Almost DAILY attacks in this range
Guyana -- Muslim 10%
India -- Muslim 13.4%
Israel -- Muslim 16%
Kenya -- Muslim 10%
Russia -- Muslim 15%
After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:
Ethiopia -- Muslim 32.8%
At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:
Bosnia -- Muslim 40%
NIGERIA-- Muslim 42.8%
Chad -- Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon -- Muslim 59.7%
From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and ***ya, the tax placed on infidels, such as in:
Albania -- Muslim 70%
Malaysia -- Muslim 60.4%
Qatar -- Muslim 77.5%
Sudan -- Muslim 70%
After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been experienced and in some ways is on-going in:
Bangladesh -- Muslim 83%
Egypt -- Muslim 90%
Gaza -- Muslim 98.7%
Indonesia -- Muslim 86.1%
Iran -- Muslim 98%
Iraq -- Muslim 97%
Jordan -- Muslim 92%
Morocco -- Muslim 98.7%
Pakistan -- Muslim 97%
Palestine -- Muslim 99%
Syria -- Muslim 90%
Tajikistan -- Muslim 90%
Turkey -- Muslim 99.8%
United Arab Emirates -- Muslim 96%
100% will usher in the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' -- the Islamic House of Peace. Here there's supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasas are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such as in:
Afghanistan -- Muslim 100%
Saudi Arabia -- Muslim 100%
Somalia -- Muslim 100%
Yemen -- Muslim 100%
Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons. Then you have BOKO HARAM, ISIS..ect

VictorAB:
Being a Branch Manager with Relation to grade is a function of the Location and or Balance sheet of the Branch.

By Location I mean Urban or Rural Branch. Higher grade Bankers are appointed BMs in Urban Areas and Lower grade Bankers are appointed BMs is Rural areas.

However there are Urban branches with small balance sheets that are manned by Lower grade Bankers.

Eg1: An Assistant Banking Officer (ABO) can be a BM of a Branch in Suleja , Ikorodu, Oshogbo, otukpo, etc which may be termed a rural are by the bank. Usually these branches termed Rural have a balance sheet if about N500m to N1bn

Eg2: A Senior Manager grade upward can be a BM in a branches located in Maitama, Lekki, Apapa, Victoria Island, Port Harcourt etc . Usually theses branches termed Urban have a balance sheet of about N5bn to N50bn

Eg3: However an ABO can be a BM in Branches located in VI,Lekki, Apapa,Asokoro,Maitama if the Balance of the Branch is less than N1bn.

NB: Branch Manager is just an "Office" any grade can occupy that office as deem fit by the Bank.
Okay, thanks. Now it is more clear.

Insightful, structured and fantastic contribution, sir.
