It means you have the option to upgrade/pay for premium. However this upgrade is not compulsory, you can use it to book a regular appointment, just decline the upgrade notification when it pops up if you don't want the upgrade.

You need either an Airport Transit Visa or a Schenghen visa to pass through Amsterdam.
Getting the ATV for KLM is quite fairly easy and a straight forward process from the French website.

Now, a friend just informed me that my mum will require a transit visa for the 3 hours stop over in Germany. I’ve been trying to seek clarification with Lufthansa but nothing has come through yet. I and my wife just moved into our first apartment in the Uk- Glasgow to be precise. The council tax bill for the month just landed it’s divided into council tax-103pounds, water charge -15pounds, waste charge-18pounds making a total of 138pounds. Please I want to know if it’s normally this high for a month? Secondly I have tried sending mails to the council to inform them that I’m a student and as such entitled to waivers but I haven’t gotten a response from them for more than three weeks now. Exactly, the problem isn’t seeing houses online. I’ve had more than 5 viewing appointments canceled before the due date because the house was taken before the date to view. Then there’s also the problem of them not giving their houses out to students.

flywire does not use CBN rate, their rates are almost as high as blackmarket, if not higher sef.

I was just refused based on personal assets and financial status. I own 4 lands, 2 houses and submitted a one year bank statement of 21 million closing balance. I paid 9600 cad of my school fees which is one term. It’s a one year course… my company cac, letter of introduction, id was submitted. I’m so lost right now

I applied in September and the admission came after 2 weeks. You can send them mails to know the status of the admission.
