Farzat:
I didnt watch d match against Serbia live, so I was not under any pressure when i watched d replay and my observations are as follows;
1. Serbians has size and physical fitness advantage over us. (You will always struggle when challenging someone bigger than you. E.G d disallowed goal. Awazie was struggling to stop d player from heading d ball but d player was taller and stronger than him)
Advise- We shud not go into physical battle with a team physically stronger than us. Imagine playing 3 DM/Tacklers (Ndidi, Onazi n joel) in such match, u dont expect such match to be free flowing and entertaining. Winning such match can only be by a slim chance as d case of Poland. We must approach such game with a different formation n tactics to outsmart them like our 2nd half approach against Argentina.
2. The Selection. I think d choice of Onazi in front of Awazie is wrong. Onazi is a kind of tackler that moves to wherever ball is available thereby leaving lots of space behind, In any case he misplaces passing, the opponent utilizes d space he left thereby exposing Awazie who is not experienced enough to handle such pressure.
Advise- We should have a commanding CBs that would always call d DM to order or shout on another player to fall back whenever d DM is caught out of position. As for Onazi I think he should be coming in as a late subtitute for maybe a striker whenever we are defending a goal.
3. There are many areas to improve in this team before WC, so i wont be surprised to see any of these players gatecrash d team. 1-Sareren bazee. GR will like to use d NT success of these German breeds to lure others. 2-
Isaac Success. GR likes him. If his form picks, he has edge over Musa and Simon. He can be another version of VM on d left. 3-Austin Ejide. He is d best option to fall back on. He has d experience. No issue with NFF like Enyeama and he has no terrible past working against him like DeleAyenugba. 4-Chinedu Obasi. His move to Bolton is simply to showcase his quality to avoid criticism when invited. He is eager to start playing and we all know what he can do. So dont be surprises that after 2 matches d call for his invitation will start (maybe Mikel's Connection). 5-Onyekuru. This guy wants this WC more than others, its d easiest way for him to return to Everton and so he can do anything to prove himself. If he recovers on time, he will definitely work harder than ever n increase d fan's call for his inclusion.
This remaining 2 months will be very intense for players fighting to be recorgnized and others fighting to retain their place in d team. My prayer is that non of them will be injured and d injured ones would recover quickly.
You are spot on. I agree completely with you on your take especially with Ejide . If Apkeyi,Ezenwa and Uzoho are jittery in these friendly matches, you can imagine what would happen at the world cup proper. I think we can still manage Ejide. With his experience, exposure and his build, he can still perform very well at the world cup.

EducationRe: Jummat: Muslim Group Threatens To Disrupt WAEC Examinations by gannod(m): 6:37pm On Mar 16, 2018
LORDOFAFONJAS:
The President of the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC), Ishaq Akintola, has warned the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) to arrange its examination timetable to accommodate Jummat or risk disruption of the examinations by Muslims.

Mr. Akintola said the way the timetable was scheduled this year was an injustice against Muslims who would be writing the exams and also might want to observe the Jummat service.

The group seemed to be complaining about the schedule for 2018 May/June Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE), which indicate candidates will write Chemistry paper from 2 pm to 5 pm on Friday, April 20.

The Muslim Friday prayers usually hold between 1:00 pm and 2 pm.

According to the details published by Premium Times, the president said: “When there is no justice, there can never be peace and everyone is clamoring for peace. Until something starts happening, until the Muslims start disrupting WAEC examination, until Muslims start tearing WAEC examination materials, that is when the government will start paying attention.

“WAEC is playing games and they want the Muslims to make noise every year, the council is deliberately provoking Muslims and it has continued to show itself as a consistent anti-Muslim institution,” he said.

“Section 38 subsection 1 and 2 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria’s constitution stipulates that there must be freedom of worship and WAEC fixing an examination for 2 pm simply means that WAEC does not want Muslims to worship, therefore WAEC is an oppressor and we are ready for them,” he said.

“The Muslims in every vicinity of the exam can mobilize on the day of the examination and go to the schools which the exams will be written, we are sending this warning to WAEC not to dare it.”

It is not compulsory they write the exam, they can leave for Jummat service while the exam is going on. Back then in Ondo state University,Ado Ekiti. A Muslim group distrupt our class during Jummat while Mrs Fasanrant, a deeper life woman,of economics department was lecturing. The woman had to leave the class when the situation got out of hand.
Fast forward to some weeks later,Dr Fajehinsin(baba fela) was also lecturing on a Friday when they came again with their three-quarter trousers. I was expecting them to distrupt the class again but they just stood outside like zombies without the guts to come in. We were just laughing because they knew the man was a no-nonsense man.
Why not sit at home or your religious centres if you feel those places are more important than your academics? What manner of a Professor is this man?

Breaking News:

Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Fayose slapped a Professor during a Reconciliation Meeting with ASUU EKSU Chapter...

The Executive Governor of Ekiti State , Dr. Ayodele Fayose today slapped Ekiti State University Professor, Prof. Aribisala from Faculty of Engineering....

Governor Fayose was said to have slapped the Professor as a result of rudeness, according to Dr. Babatope who was at the meeting said the Governor was annoyed that his Senior Colleague interrupted while he (Fayose)was talking.

The Professor who hailed from Ayedun Ekiti while addressing press said he was not sad, it's highly disheartening that Governor Fayose can act such manner in a very peaceful ongoing meeting of intellects

Professor Aribisala said he has not for once interrupted the Governor in any meeting despite attending so many meetings with him before now, he said he was just trying to call his attention to some errors in the mentioning of figures of amounts owned by the State Government..

He said Fayose threat to sack him didn't move him as his days are numbered in his office and the Election coming soon will determine the fate whether Fayose's dream will come to past or not..

He concluded that the disrespectful manners of Fayose is becoming unbearable to lecturers in Ekiti State University because the first time we had meeting with him he scooted on us and again he exchange physical combat with him..

The ASUU chairman who also spoke to the press men said the action of the Governor is barbaric and unfair, though Prof Aribisala was not supposed to have interrupted the Governor while talking but Governor Fayose shouldn't revert by laying slap on a professor who can even give birth to him (Fayose)

He said soon or later they'll deliberate on the issue in an inner meeting and take the necessary steps.. A slap on one is a slap to all he concluded..

You guys have come again with your lies. Election is here again and the best you can do is to come up with this thrash. so the same antics the APC used during the last election will not work. This lies will not fly same way the lies about Fayose slapping a judge fell like a pack of cards.

Recall the derision especially after the elections - the number of mockery threads here sure was something.

Turns out they, the former eastern region together with Ekiti, Plateau, Taraba, Nasarawa and Nigeria's Capital Territory - albeit by hair's breath - were indeed prescient. They stood for what is right and were spot on about the character of Buhari.

They might have lost the election but have stood right in history for generations to come.

When future generations study this present, they will know those states stood for posterity at that juncture in history.

When their grandsons and granddaughters ask them where they stood, they will simply reply they stood to be counted for what is right despite all.
Especially Ekiti,we were called all sort of names by other Yoruba states for not voting for Buhari. We can now see who is right about Buhari.

It is not today that we know fayose is a fool, yoruba states that have majority Muslims than xtains such as oyo, ogun, osun, lagos and kwara, they don't behave unjustly to d xtains, and that's y d states are progressing. Ekiti is so far the worst yoruba state ever, bcus of fayose and his religious sentiments. Tinubu and fashola, both being Muslims ruled lagos for 16 years without any religious crisis, despite the fact that lagos has more indigenous Muslims than xtains, the xtains then asked for power, and behold without any crises that gave the power to ambode being a xtain. That's y the state have been progressing so far, desame with ogun state. Fayose will not succeed if he continues like this, he is just an E-PIGLET.
You need to go back to school so that you can read and comprehend. So you think Fayose recommended those people for federal appointment? Your hatred for Ekiti people has be clouded your sense of reasoning. I guess you are from Oyo state....you people are the worst thing to happen to the yoruba race.
