When the political crisis started in the early eighties,it started from Ekiti. We had the firm believe then that awolowo was Ok for us. We are always resolute in our believe in something, hence we stood by gej to the last in spite of the insults and abuses from the other yorubas. please stop adding Fayose to them,he owes only April salary and he is paying before the end of the week. Fayose is different,he prefers owing political appointees than to owe workers. That is one of the reasons Ekiti people are crazy about him.

the problem with apc states is that they have over borrowed from banks ,and in taking these loans the fg stood as a guarantor or some sort for them, so the banks are always paid from the state allocations . It is the indebtness of osun state that is causing her not to be able to pay workers and the same goes to all states . Lagos is rich and has the resources to generate enough igr . So it is true that they aren't collecting full allocation ,but the money been deducted is the money these states borrowed from financial institutions. According to feelers now , both oyo and osun states have concluded plans to sack en masse once the handing over is complete.

I am also from Ekiti. We voted for Fayose,so APC should just let him be. Regardless of the lies being spread about him,we love him. Besides,four years is a short time,if he doesn't perform,we will vote him out. Why is it that any time APC loses,they'd never accept defeat? We will still demonstrate our love for Fayose on Saturday by voting massively for pdp in the house of assembly elections. We are tired of APC in Ekiti and that is our stance.

Most of these people calling Fayemi(an APC governor) a saint need to come to Ekiti to do their findings on what he did in his four years in charge. His policies were anti masses,he left the state treasury in a mess.
