PoliticsSAN Pays Primary Sch. Cert Holder N2.5m For Fake FG Job by ganye1(op):
SAN pays primary sch. cert
holder N2.5m for fake FG job
Category: News Published on Wednesday, 19 November 2014
05:00 Written by Nurudeen Oyewole, Lagos
A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Dr Aliyu Salimon
yesterday told a Lagos High Court in Ikeja that a 53-year old
primary school certificate holder, Moses Olayemi, deceived him
into paying N2.5 million to get him a federal government job.
At a proceeding presided over by Justice Lawal Akapo, Dr
Salimon narrated how he was persuaded to pay the money
into Olayemi’s bank account to get the job only for him to
realise later that he was duped.
“I was on my way to Ibadan from Ilorin for an INEC case when
I received a call from someone who claimed to be the
chairman of a committee compiling the list of people to be
given federal government appointments. He asked me to send
my CV, which I did from a nearby cyber cafe. He then asked
me to pay N150,000 for him to get a security report on me,”
the SAN said.
The senior lawyer said after several conversations on phone,
he sent N2.5 million to an account belonging to one Moses
Babatunde on advice from Olayemi, believing it would help
him get the job.
“It was after I paid the money that I was told that the job had
been given to someone else,” he said.
In his submission, the accused, Moses Olayemi, denied the
allegation, saying he never collected any money from Dr
Salimon. Olayemi is charged with conspiracy to commit felony
for allegedly defrauding the lawyer under the pretext of
conducting a National Assembly screening for a federal
government appointment. He was denied bail by Justice Akapo
on the ground that he is a convicted criminal who jumped bail
in Kano State and fled to Lagos.
“The accused is not a first time offender. He jumped bail in
Kano State and took flight to Lagos State to commit another
offence. The application for bail is hereby denied based on the
antecedents of the accused,” Justice Akapo said. The matter
was adjourned to January 26, 27 and 28, 2015 for trial.

Jonathan has done a lot for the north in terms of federal
projects. I can not arguably say that over 70 to 80% of the
federal project commissioned by the president is at the north.
Jonathan is working, only at the north, i have not felt the
impact of federal projects here in the east."
My brother I live in North East and I didn't see any of those projects you are talking about and since he has done nothing for you in the South east according to you and the SW too is complaining I think we can safely conclude that he has failed the nation.

PoliticsRe: If Ngilari Was Pdp Why Then Did He Resign Before Being Impeached by ganye1: 6:01pm On Oct 09, 2014
I'll try to answer some of your questions based on my understanding of the politics of the state.
1. Ngilari didn't decamp to APC with Nyako. He is still a PDP member.
2. Those who plotted the removal of Nyako knew that, due to religious affiliations, it would be very difficult to remove Nyako (Muslim) and leave Ngilari (Christian) to be gov. Also ngilari and Fintiri are from the same local govt and are said to be political enemies. So Ngilari was included to make it possible to impeach Nyako.
3. Ngilari was asked to resigned in order not to be impeached. So Ngilari 'resigned' in other not to be impeached.
4. As to why Nuhu Ribadu decamped to PDP, I don't know the real reason but some say he was assured of the position of the governot by the leaders of the party. My opinion is that it is a dump move.

The judgement is a saving grace to PDP because had the election being allowed to hold PDP would have faced a crushing and humiliating defeat. The PDP after conducting opinion surveys and the mammoth crowds that welcomed the APC candidate wherever he went for campaign realized that the people of Adamawa state are really angry with PDP and are ready to vote massively for APC.

2015: Katsina APC To Buy
Form For Buhari – Chairman
NAN
— Oct 2, 2014 | Leave a comment
The All Progressives Congress (APC)
in Katsina state says it will purchase
the party’s expression of interest and
nomination forms for presidential
election in 2015 for Gen. Muhammadu
Buhari (rtd).
The state party Chairman, Alhaji
Mustapha Inuwa, disclosed this on
Thursday in Katsina during a press
briefing.
He said the decision was reached at
the State Executive Council meeting
after a resolution to support Buhari
for the presidential poll.
Inuwa said that the party adjudged
Buhari a trustworthy person.
He said that Buhari possessed all
leadership qualities to contest for the
presidential election and bring
positive changes in the country, if
elected.
“APC is the answer to Nigeria’s
problems with Gen. Buhari as
president in 2015,’’ he said.
He urged INEC to prepare and
conduct free, fair and credible
elections for the development of
democracy and the country.
Inuwa also urged people vying for
positions to shun politics of
bitterness and political violence.
He said acts of thuggery negated
provisions of the party constitution
and electoral laws of the country.

NYSC speaks on N4,000 fee for printing call-up letters
Abuja — NATIONAL Youth Service Corps, NYSC, yesterday, explained
that the N4,000 fee imposed on prospective corps members for
printing of call-up letters on-line was for services and infrastructure
to be deployed by the collaborating firm.
Director General of NYSC, Brig-General Jonhson Olawumi, said the
money was neither for the scheme nor the corps producing

NYSC, in a bid to improve its operations in line with global cutting-

PoliticsRe: Northern Elders Give Jonathan October Ultimatum To End Bokoharam Activities by ganye1: 1:01am On Aug 12, 2014
Is it the northern elders that are in command of our security forces? Are they the ones who budgeted trillions of Naira for security and yet a rag tag band of bandits is better equipped than our army? Why is it we always we hear of arrest of insurgents but we don't hear of prosecution and conviction of those arrested? If talking to the insurgents can stop the problem why can't the president do so? Did the government punish any military officer for failing to protect the people from the insurgents? Assuming that the
northern elders started the problem why can't the president stop the insurgency for the sake of the vast innocent majority?
Jonathan is the president and it is his duty to use all the power and resources available to him to stop the carnage and if he fail to do so he takes the blame. You should stop making up excuses for his failure.

PoliticsNelson Mandela, In Hell Nelson Mandela, Satan’s New Toy! by ganye1(op): 3:37pm On Dec 10, 2013
Nelson Mandela, in Hell
Nelson Mandela, Satan’s new toy!
Greetings True Christians!
Today Nelson Mandela, former president
of South Africa, ended his worldly life
and entered the depths of Hell. Mandela
was an unsaved heathen, and died
without knowing the Lord. Not only did
Mandela influence American Demoncrat
Barack Hussein Obama, but he also
practiced a heathen African tribal
religion. Unfortunately, while Mandela
did some great things for the nation of
South Africa by ending apartheid,
Heaven is like an exclusive club, unsaved
unwelcome. Mandela died unsaved, and
is therefore not welcome in Heaven.
Nelson Mandela was also influenced by
Darwinism and Communism! Mandela
was an avid reader of Marx in the
1950s, and everybody knows that God
hates Communists! Mandela allied
himself with Communists and heathen
Indian Gandhi, who is also in Hell.
Instead of seeking a Christian approach
to freedom from apartheid, Mandela
instead turned entirely to heathens. In
fact, Mandela and Gandhi even are
rumored to have engaged in rampant
homosexual acts with each other while
planning protests!
Nelson Mandela loved Karl Marx!
Mandela was also friendly toward
Muslims, God’s hated people! Mandela
was linked to the American Civil Rights
movement, and many members of this
movement were Muslims. Know what the
Muslims did after they got African
Americans equal rights? They crashed
airplanes into buildings and started
sectarian wars in the Middle East. Nelson
Mandela was allied with these heathen
scum, and is now being punished for his
earthly mistakes.
Tonight I watched many news stations.
On every channel, they showed Africans
lining the streets of South Africa, doing
happy dappy heathen dances, perhaps
in hopes that the voodoo rain god might
look with favor upon the soul of
Mandela. Unfortunately, these savages
are of the same cloth as Mandela.
Nelson Mandela may have been a great
AFRICAN nature, but by world standards,
he was rather lacking. But alas, this is
the best that Africa can do. Africa is a
heathen continent filled with heathens,
and it is no wonder that God allowed the
people of Africa to be enslaved.
a heathen dance!
I implore those Africans still living to
reject the sinful ways of Nelson Mandela
and embrace Christianity so that they
might not follow Mandela into Hell. Let
us pray for the Africans, out of love.
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, please lead the
Africans away from heathen religions
and to You. Please lead the Africans to
Christianity so that they may stop being
punished with AIDS, poverty, and dirty
water, and so that they may avoid the
fate of Nelson Mandela and avoid being
cast into hell. This we pray in the name
of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Amen.
A heartfelt Christian messages from your
friends,
Jim Solouki and Martin Baker

Atonko Hits:
Former FCT Minister between 1983 and
1984, Emir of Borgu, Sen. Haliru Dantoro
has said he doesn’t own a single plot or
house in the FCT.
The former minister revealed this at the
public presentation and launching of his
biography as the Emir of Borgu, which
held in Abuja on Thursday.
He said though he had set up a land use
and allocation committee during his
tenure, but stated that he never
allocated a plot to himself.
Former Governor of Lagos State and APC
chieftain, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in
his keynote address at the occasion,
warned that any tenure elongation
consideration by the present
administration is “dead on arrival”.
Tinubu also said the constitutional
amendment process going on at the
National Assembly is “only to provide

PoliticsRe: 21 Killed In Fresh Barkinladi, Plateau Attack by ganye1: 11:27pm On Oct 10, 2013
No where in the story was it stated that the attack was carried out by Fulanis. The cattle rustlers in Plateau are usually from the local tribes, who steal the cattle of the fulanis. The stealing of the cattle of the fulani is the main reason for the conflict with the fulani as opposed to the often peddled story of a fight for land.
The attack could be by the cattle rustlers from the local tribes or by the fulani to take back their stolen cows. I find it very odd that mr gwom has more than fifty cattle.

2) The power reforms of GEJ will dwarf any legacy OBJ left behind

3) Our mass transit systems viz rail, roads, ports and airports will also be another legacy

4) Demystification of Governance and all the secrecy associated with it

5) The reforms in agriculture will also be another legacy
So according to youJonathan's achievements are 'will be'.
