I am far away from jamb office right now

The Senate just approved our results. I was asked to check my name on the jamb matriculation list. Unfortunately, my name was not found. I was asked to print my result online which requires me to login to my jamb portal.

The major problem is that I don't remember my password to login to jamb portal. I have also lost the number I used to register the email I used to register the account. So I can't recover my password back.

What can I do now

I have been using 1xbet to hustle for more than a year now. Last month, my account was banned. I can't do any activity in my account; can't withdraw my money neither will I be able to place a bet.

I emailed them. They started requesting for my documents ranging from my NIN slip, National ID card, statement of my account and eventually my BVN gotten from my bank which I complied duely.

Now they are requesting for the photos of my ATM card both front and back ( I should cover the middle numbers of the front and cover the Security and expiry date. Funny enough, they are requesting for my previous ATM card which has expired and disposed off.
