Stop wasting toothpaste, go and buy abro headlight resoration......... Its like 1k, follow instructions if it does not work headlight is far gone.

Its not possible in a 98/2001 accord, there's no relationship to the steering lock, the brakes might become stiff if the engine cuts off while driving, but will hold if you press hard.

I need a competent workshop that can help install and program TPMS sensors in a Toyota Sienna. The original wheel on the bus were replaced with alloys and the TPMS sensors were not swapped.
I got replacement used TPMS from other Toyota and need someone/workshop with a TPMS Programming machine.
If there is a DIY method for programming, I won't mind if anybody with such knowledge can share.

Hello house,
I ve been shuttling between guinea and sierra Leone for the past three months and I found out that cars in guinea Conakry are relatively cheaper than in Nigeria or Cotonou.
If I buy a car in Guinea I am permitted to use officially for 3months in ALL west African countries, in sierra Leone here one could use d car for more than three months depending on ones connections.
My questions are, bringing d same car to naija would one need to be clearing the car at each country's border? Is there anyone in d house who has gone thru this before or is there anyone with Nigeria customs authority who can tell me specifically what would be required of me while entering Nigeria? Would it be a worth while venture?

I need your assistance, I have been using my Lexus rx330 for about 1year now. Yesterday AFS OFF light came on and has been blinking since then. I scanned it showed B2412 code. I also have other issues, I have been trying to solve for sometime now. it started like this when I bought the SUV in USA my uncle that helped in buying the SUV few days later notice check engine light has come on.it was taken to Lexus servicing company and they said it was catalyst bank-1 and blast because one of the headlamp was not working. The two were changed and check light was cleaned using scanner. When the car arrived nijia about 1week the check light came on again. I thereafter scanned, it showed p0420. Few months later I scanned my SUV again an additional code came up which is p0452 ( evap valve off malfunction). Now my SUV have three codes and I'm not comfortable with it. Pls I need to fix them, I like my baby a lot.

AFS stands for Adaptive Front-Lighting System,
It moves the headlights right or left in concert with turning the steering wheel. This system starts to operate when the vehicle is moving above 19 MPH.
You can turn off this feature by pushing in the AFS OFF switch.down by the fuel door release button (hope it is not pressed)
Meanwhile I hope all the harnesses in the headlamp area are connected firmly? Check them again.

P0420 catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1.
Possible causes
- Three way catalyst converter Bank 1 bad
- Exhaust leak
- Intake air leaks
- Fuel injectors may be faulty
- Fuel injector leaks
- Spark plugs may be faulty
- Improper ignition timing
- Engine Control Module (ECM)

P0452 Lexus - EVAP System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low Input

- Faulty Evaporative Emission System (EVAP) Pressure sensor
- Evaporative Emission System (EVAP) Pressure sensor harness is open or shorted

I parked my Honda accord 2001 for some time and I noticed it's like my injector Is dirty and the rpm use to go up and down anytime I on the ac and on normal idle speed.
Today I was free and decided to clean the injector myself. When cleaning the injector, I noticed the last time I gave one of those road side mechanic to do it for me, they gum a paper to cover the inlet inbtw the injector and idle speed valve so I remove the paper. After cleaning, the normal RPM is at 1000rpm, everything done to reduce it to 500 prove abortive. Could it be that because I remove the paper? Or I didn't clean the idle speed valve? What could be wrong? I need help.

Good job, now close the butterfly valve, it uses an 8bolt don't close it too much so your throttle cable does not become sticky. Mmeanwhile your target idle speed should be between 630-670rpm

Hello all. Please I need some help with my rx330. My fuel cap fell on the ground and since then a check engine light came up with vsc. (Apparently the check light is switching off the vsc as a failsafe process). I scanned the car and the P0453 code came up(evaporative emisions bla bla....). I also perceived smell of fuel whenever I start the car. Please what can be done to solve this prob as i have ordered and used a brand new fuel cap and the prob still persists.

Now on more serious note, a 99corrola is not complicated when it comes to a.c parts. Let's assume we are re-installing a.c on a corrola 99 that didn't have initially have a.c, this is what you would have to spend.

*Condenser. 8k
Compressor. 8k
Pipes. 15k (complete set)
Evaporator. 15k
Dryer. (Comes with pipes)
Compressor hanger (still on ur vehicle)
Serpentine belts. (Still on ur vehicle
A.c controller (still on ur vehicle)
Gas. 1k
Compressor oil 350

Total 47,350 (excluding labour)

Now I doubt the accident was bad enough to damage the compressor, the condenser might be bad, dryer might be bad,gas out, pipes broken but can be welded.

If your a.c guy knows what he's doing worst case scenario is

Condenser 8k, pipe welding 2k, gas,1k compressor oil 350, labour XX.

Total 11,350 plus xx labour.

The wrong type of bulbs were fitted in your brake light holders, normally it should come with 2pins (one for brake lights, the other for parking lights). First pic is what should be there.

What happens when you step on the brakes now is feed back from the brake lights to the parking lights.

I noticed that most tricycles have a life cycle 2 years, because of lack of complete new engine to refurbish them but the body and upholstery are always looking neat.

The question is there brand new keke napep engine for sale in Nigeria and how much is it sold ?

There was a time you could only fix or rebuild your small home generating set (generator) now you have and engine replacement option, there seems to be no replacement engine in the market for kekes, but gradually they will come in.
