Why do both fans run when Honda '02 V6 is started cold? Temperature rises to mid-way mark in about a minute or two. No by-pass relay to fan.

the mechanic is suggesting that's it's not shaft, he said if it was shaft,the steering won't be able to turn. But the car can start, steering can turn but if select gear the car cannot be driven all the gears just acting like neutral

change the condenser, and expansion valve. There may be a restriction in the system.

Thanks sir for this thread. I've almost given up although the challenge I'm having is partly related to one I read earlier on this thread. When I put on the AC, it doesn't cool much until I accelerate or rev the car then it starts cooling. I have also observed that the ac increases engine temperature when turned on but once the temperature of the engine rises especially on sunny days, the engine+the car vibrates like hell, only thing is that it doesn't go off like the other fellows own. When you park under that kind of condition and look at the odometer, it's reading almost zero.

Took it to the mechanic and asked them to increase the firing as they called it but that caused overheat so I had to make them lower it again

where can one fing this fuel pump wires? i have had this problem of my car jerking, one mechanic eventually figured it was fuel pump wire and fixed it. the car worked very fine for months until i took it for repairs in another mechanic [he changed the worn engine seatings] obviously he might have tempered with the fuel pump wires cos the jerking has returned.

so once again, where can one find this fuel pump wire and what does it look like. picture pls.

Hi guru's, I have a 2004 nissan maxima sl which doesn't engage in the "" drive position. It engages in reverse, Park, neutral, gear 1,2 n 3 but wouldn't engage in drive when changed. for some time now when I start the car, I put it on gear 1 and after moving a little distance I change to "" drive n it engages and selects well thereafter. What could be the possible cause of this, please your contributions will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

@Gazzuzz. I drive a camry 2003. The passenger AC vent blows colder air than the drivers side. Please what can the problem be?

How sure are you about that sir? It has been proven to work perfectly well by means of stabilizing the entire running system of a car thereby enabling the car to use lesser fuel.
Please can you explain your reasons for the statement you made sir. Maybe it will help us all learn as well.

@ GAZZUZZ . Good afternoon Sir, i would just try to shorten this as much as i can. I drive a honda civic 02. Been having issues with ac leak. Changed compressors, expansion valve, drier, evaporator still it leaks in 40days. Happened twice already and i recorded the days after i recharged it with gas. Seeing as i practically spent my nysc allowee on the ac, i Researched on how to find leaks cos my ac guy is definitely kazeem. Saw the dye test, ordered one. Its here, came with the torch and safety glasses but no manual on how to use it. So can i come over and you help me check it or we use your own kits to spot the leaks. What's your quote for dye test, please the ac is still cooling now and it would be good to have it done asap so I don't have to spend to recharge it again. Also do you vaccum??

we finally took the car to the mechanic and they told us the car needs servicing so they changed the entire oil in the engine and also they changed a cup. the mechanic says nothing was wrong with the fans that were not rolling, the fans do not roll immediately as the engine is turned on. thats the explanation the mechanic gave to us .

the oil that was leaking is the engine oil and it appears to be coming through a cup attached to the engine(oil filter cup or whatever)the leakage was coming through the edges of the cup and so the mechanic chnged the cup and serviced the car. roughly N10,000 was spent
