Romance / Pls Help! I Dont Last More Than 5minutes by gbeborun(m): 7:08pm On Jan 15, 2009 |
I just broke up with my girlfriend. Reason was quite simple for me. I dont last more than 3 - 5minutes whenever we make love and I feel ashamed all the time. It's an awful experience, so in other to spare her further agony and sexual frustration I called it quits. although she's not complaining about the poor performance, but I feel it's a matter of time before she starts complaining. My only worry is, if I did the right thing by letting her go. |

Education / Is Is Right To Charge For Pre-employment or Aptitude Test- (DRAGNET) by gbeborun(m): 8:08am On May 12, 2008 |
I attempted applying for UBA general graduate recruitment 2008, only to be refered to the Dragnet site, the sad thing is that I've to cough out #7,500 for the test. Is it okay to charge the unemployed for pre-employment tests? I think it is complete bullocks!!!!!!!!!! |

Car Talk / Re: Driver’s Licence: Lagos Setting A Dangerous Precedent – Frsc by gbeborun(m): 10:09pm On Apr 27, 2008 |
Imagine travelling (driving) from Lagos to Port-harcourt, upon getting to Shagamu (Ogun State)the men in black (police) on routine check request for your drivers license, you produce ur LASG issued drivers license, they threaten to impound your car because you were driving without a valid license (since your license is only valid in lagos), you settle them and continue with your journey. You get to Ore (Ondo state) same problem, also Benin (Edo state) and and trust the wicked and evil policemen in Benin, they'll bleed you dry. Imagine the chaos and how the Nigerian police in each state will make life miserable for travellers/drivers if each state introduce their drivers license. Imagine getting arrested on a federal road becos u hold a state license. Remember the FERMA and LASTMA bruhaha The fact that it worked in America, doesnt mean that we should follow suit in Nigeria. |
Education / Re: Algebra Cafe: Solve Math Problems Here by gbeborun(m): 9:54pm On Apr 27, 2008 |
Though this aint algebra, but just solve it anyways: 1/3 of the people in a club are men. The number in the club is n. a) write down and expression in terms of n for the number of people in the club. b) two of the people in the club are chosen at random, the probability that both these people are men is 1/10. Calculate the number of people in the club. |

@ SEUN (Administrator) Ordinary I would have allowed this subject pass without contribution, but i'm taking an exception to this becos of SEUN, i think he has forget how he reacted when he was issued "fatwa" because of posts on islam. If you want to be Seun, i think it's not right for you to allow such threads on your site. Although it's not in the nature of Christians to issue "fatwa" but please be advised to play fair. @ poster, U better watch it, keep such flirthy thots to urself! |

Career / Corper Or Corp Member Which Is Right? by gbeborun(m): 1:44pm On Jan 26, 2008 |
It beats me when fellow graduates call themselves CORPERS or Ex-CORPERS, i think it's wrong as Corp Member or Ex-Corp Member is appropriate. Infact i had to check my dictionary for the word CORPER again to be double sure before posting this in other not to embarass myself. Or is it allowable (Corper) as a form of pidgin or broken english? I think we should correct ourselves. Pls share your thoughts. 1 Like |

Business / Re: Why Do You Buy Stocks? by gbeborun(m): 6:52pm On Jan 05, 2008 |
@ Babs_O Just a quick one, how did you arrive at a P.E of 2? Using your example, you simply divided your net assets by profit (Please correct me if i'm wrong). I thot P.E (Price Earning ratio) was Market Price per Share/Earnings (PAT). Even at that, your hypothetical company is not a listed one, so your theory of PE is not applicable. In a forum like this, i think people shld get their facts right before posting so as not to mislead readers/users of such information. |
