There is nothing much you can do. call their customer service line (use viber). raise more webform, contact the MP again and again. hopefully you get a response soon. All the way you have been contacting them repeat all process regularly

Uhmmm… this is where the issue is, if the 10k cad in your spouse account can make up for the reduction in POF, try merge the account and explain it convincingly enough. But your spouse Canadian account was not part of the POF before. How much was removed from the account??

If the fund is still intact, go to your bank to get another statement and a reference letter.submit it

But if the fund has reduced significantly, make up for it before printing and explain it thoroughly. All the best.

Hello Gurus in the house, I applied for SOWP with visitor’s visa for my 11 months old baby March 12th, did Biometrics March 20th. My husband traveled May 2nd, my eligibility started May 5th, and till now May 17th I haven’t gotten any response. Would it be okay to send webform pleading my application should be expedited ? I checked the application tracker and my application was last updated May 8th.

I came into Canada with our son in January, and we submitted my husband's sowp application, due to the long processing time on ircc page and an urgent health issue relating to me, we submitted another visit application using the new portal on the 11th of April. Then the wait began, but we trusted God for miracle and mercy. We sent many mails and webforms thinking IRCC will consider the health aspect and expedite the process. We started holding on to God's words especially Mathew 19:6 'What therefore God has joined together, let no man put asunder' let no delay, policy, protocol, ircc..... put asunder. Because this is our first time living separately as a family and I must confess its not easy. I also used those people who testified of their sowp applications approval within 65, 72, 79 days as prayer point.
I was still preparing to send my transcript to ircc before the end of the week but the approval came in when we least expected.
Today makes it 85 days and I am here to testify of God's mercy, goodness and faithfulness.

I pray for everyone waiting that God will remember you all in Jesus name.
I appreciate everyone on this platform, I will not forget to mention Lianna. God bless you all.

SOWP and study visa applications approved same day!!!

My husband's  SOWP and my 11year old son study permit got approved after the 3rd attempt.
First attempt 2016 we all applied as a family and were all bounced on purpose of visit and home ties. After I got my study permit approved in June 2021 we reapplied  on
11 July 2021 - visitors visa for hubby and study permit for kids
Refused 29th September

Reapplied October 29 before the GCMS notes came because it was delayed.
Medical for my husband November 15 ( my son had done his medicals earlier)
Medical passed November 22
GCMS notes finally came in late November- December 2021 (applied for hubby and the kids and they all came at different dates, one even came in the middle of December) GCMS notes showed the VO was concerned about the cost implications of running 2 homes and home ties.
Luckily all those concerns had been adequately tackled in the SOP during reapplication.
In the course of waiting a friend who had also applied for study permit for her kids decided to try out the new IRCC portal and got her kids visitor visa approved in 7days so we decided to give it a try too. Visitor visa application was done on the 19th of December 2021...then another round of waiting commenced.
Eligibility 20/01/2022 (noticed my son's medical was passed on that date)

My pof had inflow and outflow as it was a business account but it had cash stay in there for days or weeks tho.

A request letter came in on the 29th for a parental letter of consent from his dad and a copy of biodata page, sent it the same day.
