It will be difficult to do that however, I just use Youtube Videos. One person I watch mostly for my pastry is Preppy Kitchen. You could just type what you want to make in the search box and it will give you different options.

Is it the fresh one or the frozen one? Where I am, I can only get the frozen one. What i do is to defrost the bag in hot water (takes just a few minutes), blend it, pour in a sauce pan, and then allow to boil. Add salt, crayfish. For us, we add blended pumpkin seeds and a few drops of cod liver oil because of the kids.

For the fresh one, you boil the leaves with a little amount of potash. Once the vegetables is well cooked, pour in a blender and blend.
