We are of the early 90s in university. University fashion game means quality jeans,t-shirt decent leggings or ski pants, pin -down button shirts, trainers,loafers, sneakers,moccasins etc. I can tell you that in my almost 5 years in the university,I never saw a female student with an exposed cleavage in class. Those who are blessed with huge one wore what downplayed their assets.

Student must dress decently. If it means they have to inspect them at the main gate. Their hair must be properly cut. Universities are places of learning first and foremost. Infact student should not be allowed to bring cars on campus. The most allowed should be bicycles.
The decay in public universities is just too much.
When we went to university 33 years ago it was not this bad. Infact most parents now fear sending their wards to public universities, if the could afford it they will go private.

Not a mistake. They have susbtantial numbers of Christian population. It has always been a Christian deputy governor tradition until APC came and altered it. People erroneously thought El Rufai started the experiment but it was first trialled in Niger by APC in 2015.
