my nairalanders i bring this before u because
i can not be a judge and jury in my own court early this year
i was told i was hiv positive and i took it in good faith. i told
a few people in the family i thought they should know.i told my elder
sister who is an evangelist thinking with her knowledge of the bible she will understand and handle the situation well.
i also my 2 younger sisters who are also very close to me and my husband but that i didn't want my mum and my immediate senior sister to know because we are not close and don't have sisterly bond between us that i wanted
to keep it that way not because i don't like her just that we don't have a relationship as sisters. i know if the same had happen to her which i don't pray for i know she'll keep me in the dark.

i told her i didn't want my mum to know because of her health reasons, she has high blood pressure
and just recovered from stroke and will not be able to handle the news which she agreed, to my greatest surprise she
had told my mum and sister when they went visiting her at different times that i had HIV virus
and even told them not to let me know she had told them.i don't why she will do such a wicked thing and what right she has to play God with my life to make matters worse she is not even sorry for betraying me.i am not
ashamed of being HIV positive because i am healthy and alive and i will stay that way but i don't think it is an information that should be given to everyone except those u love,trust and feel comfortable with now my mum is worried sick,she looks at me now like i will die tomorrow. she cries at any given opportunity asking God why? and constantly reminiscing to herself
and that was what i was trying to avoid. this the reason people don't come out to say they are HIV positive not even to family members because you don't know who to trust with information regarding your health. sincerely right know i hate her from the dept of my heart and i think of nothing more than to infect all her four children with the virus and let me see how many people she will tell. i feel pain in my heart and my thought of her is filled with bitterness and revenge.i feel betrayed by someone i trusted most not just for cursing me pain for bringing sorrow to our mum
from that day she cease is to be my sister.

im touch but can it be true? because i read she is majoring
in english literature we all know it is the act of story telling.

i met a man at the clinic 2days ago who thought i looked good
and healthy for someone who is hiv+and we got talking and i found out he too is hiv + and
is been 2wks since he was told.he was able to open up to me even
the things i dint expect him to tell a stranger and how he thought he got
the virus his greatest problem right now is he has infected his wife and he
doesn't now how to tell her as she has started to lose weight before his eyes
he said he has moved out of their bed room to sleep with the children cos he cant
face her cos she has been 100% faithful to him.i am hiv+ and i have never infected anyone
so i don't know how to break such painful news to someone.
please your sincere advice is needed.

for those pple who think no one admittes on this thread they are hiv+ then
u wrong cos i ve always talked about it and i've always said im hiv+
and im heallther than health.what has stigma got to do wt it?

i realy dont see anything wrond wt his hair or is it because
he is a pastor? we see pple wt such hair style everyday on the street
is no big deal his humam. im not a church going person but sincerly his one
man i love listen to.

pets has always been a part of my family i had 2 of them
terry and kristy ,terry was male and kristy female,dogs are like babies
if u can't have time for them don't keep one. unfortunately both my dogs are
death terry died after some crazy driver ran over him and kristy was poisioned
by whom i dont know i wish they were alive because when i was going through rough times i had no
family or friend my dogs were all i had.it's been over 5 years now and i still think
of them because they were family.

i hope im never in such a situation because if i am
my child comes first and i know my mum will understand
because she is a mother too.

life is not all about having babies pls dont get me wrong i just think one should be mentaly and emotional ready for them if you are not ready you are not read.

my my my,  i wish the poster will tell us where such day care center is and we'll inform the police because the rate at which babies are infected wt hiv virus is very alarming.im hiv+ and i see these children at the clinic some of them their parents are hiv free you just begin to wonder where they got it from this is one of the ways and its so difficult to manage expecially the once with tobaclosis my heart just goes out to them .i have a daughtyer who is almost 2yrs old and she is hiv free i can't be more greatful, as an adult i know i have to live the rest of my life taking drugs and i understand why because of one little mistake that could have been avoided but an inocent child parents should be more careful who and where their childern go to.please when you pray please pray specially for hiv with babies some are born with the virus and some are being infected by wicked people.

hi robert ,i have read your post and the relplies given expecially the one where someone said hiv+ people should not have babies. first and formost i think everyone should be well informed about hiv and aids because alot of people don't know the diffrenced. i realy want to ask how many people have taken hiv test? im  hiv+ and im i know you can have hiv free babies and is still possible to have unprotected sex wt your partner and not infect him wt the virus that is only possible when your viral load is none detected like mine so robert your girl needs all your love and surport not pity and for the record hiv+ people don't just die it only when the immune system breaks down from lack of drugs and food and we are the healthiest pple on the planet.

and how is your mum doing because i can only imagine what she is
going through. im not a lwayer but i think u'll have a good case because
it about time these hospitals stop play games wit ppls lives.
and the idea of hospitals refusing a sick person or asking for deposit first
beats my imgaination.im just wondring why they choose profession if it to save
life or make money?.

the earlier you go for the test the better for you. i took the test every 6 months and twice befor i got married and a year later i tested possitive and my husband is negative till date.i had nothing to worry about when i took the test. i know my blood was clean like someone said but to my suprise i was hiv+ so u cant tell with these things anyway im glad i took the test cos i would have still been living with the result of the test i'd done 6months earier not knowing i had the virus already.
